We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeAs when we first arrived we were confused where is the receptionist and we waited for quite a long time, similarly when we left, we saw another guest having a similar experience, so that could be improved. Also some of the shower taps and shower heads were broken 😭 it was so inconvenient to go to another cubicle. Would be good if the room provided tissues / a lamp in the room that we could carry around to help us see better in the dark at night
Good view and good service at meal place , however check in could be smoother When it rained, the staff brought an umbrella to our tent which is helpful. Overall staff is helpful and friendly

VietnamThe floor was built on the hill so if there are people walking outside the tent you can feel it while lying inside.
We loved our tent. Very clean and cozy and the view was amazing. We did nice walk around and went to this herbal farm and met Lac, a super cute dog. We bought a Da Lat wine bottle and some smoked cheese to have it while waiting for sunset after the walk. So nice!

MalaysiaHad a wonderful glamping experience at Cloud9 & Cloud View Glamping! The atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing, offering a perfect chance to connect with nature while still enjoying the comfort of cozy, well-designed tents. Waking up to the views and fresh air was truly rejuvenating. The only downside was the limited availability of vegetarian meal options, which made dining a bit challenging. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway – especially if you love nature and unique stays!

SingaporeWe rented the tent with the private bathroom. The tent itself was fairly spacious, with 2 large double beds, a coat rack with some hangers for clothes, a shoe rack and 2 heaters. Unfortunately there weren't alot of power outlets provided, while there was an extension box, it didn't seem to be working so we opted to plug in only 1 heater and use the other available outlet to charge our devices. The beds themselves were pretty comfortable and clean (when we checked out we saw the staff empty out the tent for a deep clean so I don't think cleanliness is a big issue) For the private bathroom, it comes with a shower, bathtub, sink, towel rack and toilet with a separate hand bidet. The bathroom facilities were mostly as expected, except for the bathtub, which unfortunately had a leak so we weren't able to make use of it. The ventilation for the bathroom also left alot to be desired as there was no open window (the window in the pictutes is actually a solid glass pane!) or vent, the only opening being the gap between the door and the wall. As a result, the bathroom often had a musky smell and we ended up leaving the door open whenever possible to try to air it out. As part of the booking, we were also given a bbq and hotpot dinner, I like to think this was one of the best outdoor bbq / hotpot experiences I've had so far. The food options were pretty varied (venison, pork, chicken, octopus) and the service was great. The staff especially made sure to tell us what each dish was (despite having to use google translate) and was very friendly throughout the entire experience. Also to note, there are free refills for some of the meats! There are also post-dinner snacks along with a campfire sit (it was around 8pm for us), although we skipped out on that as we had a long day and were pretty tired from our trip so far.

ItalyThe beds were really dirty, I understand that this is a tent but I aspected at least clean beds, I've found few hairs and both the pillow cases and sheets had many stains of body fluids. That was pretty bad because the camp has such a great potential and one of the best view of Da Lat
Amazing experience, and one of the best view, especially if you want to go cloud hunting. I've loved the dinner and the atmosphere. There's even wifi and it's really good and you have heating inside the tent to keep you warm

AustraliaOur first night the accommodation was very full and the shared bathrooms became a little dirty by the morning. It would be good if they were cleaned once or twice more. I would also like to see a little more eco friendly for a site like this. Maybe water refill stations and no plastic cups for dinner in the evening. These are just suggestions and would not stop me from going back! I absolutely loved it.
We LOVED it. Beautiful view, very comfortable beds, staff were friendly, food was excellent.

SingaporeFor non Vietnamese guests, just note that there is nothing in the vicinity so be sure to eat lunch before getting there and also to bring sufficient water/snacks. Also helps if you can drive but if you cannot, please at least find a driver to drive you back to dalat city. For us, we got the number of our grab driver who drove us up so that we can call him to pick us the next day.
Lovely place with very nice tents for glamping! BBQ dinner was also delicious and sufficient so was the catered breakfast. Very relaxing trip.

SingaporeThe property did not capture my booking on Booking.com even though we have corresponded on Booking.com’s chat function to confirm my arrival time and request for slightly late checkout. In the end, they didn’t have the room type that I reserved for (with ensuite toilet) and assign me to one with shared toilet. Though they have me the key to one toilet that I could use privately but there was issue with the lock. In the end, I had to use the shared toilet. They also confirmed that I could pay by credit card on arrival but turn out I can’t and have to pay cash. For those who are scared of cats, please note that there are two roaming cats and they will hide under the dinner table when I was eating.

South AfricaThe bathrooms / toilets are not clean (spiders everywhere and wet floors) - there was NO hot water, even after we were informed by the staff that there was. It was raining and our tent leaked. Our bedding was dirty (white stains on the sheets and black stains on the pillows - one of the staff even took one pillow out of our tent when we arrived) and the bedding had a bad smell. There was loud music until late at night and karaoke. Difficult to soak up some time in nature and rest after a long days travel with so much noise. We should have been informed about this upon check in.
The property was unique, and had great views. The BBQ at night for dinner was lovely, although not too clear about how everything works, eventually we found someone who could explain to us that we could ask for some more rice / take meat from the table if we wanted more.

SingaporeI wanted to come here with my partner for a peaceful getaway and experience a beautiful environment. However, this trip was full of irritations and inconveniences. Tent: The moment we checked-in, the light in our tent was flickering and dimmed throughout the night. The staff who brought us to our tent told us to message Booking.com for any questions, and when we messaged them about this, they responded that a staff will come down to help us but they never came. The entrance to the tent was a zip which my partner and I got cuts on our fingers from as the material cover was tearing which caused the skin to cut when rubbing against it. Toilets: There are 4 cubicles (toilet and shower in each) to be shared among 20 over people which led to queueing often when you had to shower or go to the toilet. There are a handful of other cubicles (not well kept or cleaned) but you had to walk a certain distance beyond the tents at the carpark to get there. Also, beware when you shower that without any warning, the hot water lasts for only a couple of minutes and will not come back anytime soon so you are better off getting used to a cold shower. Guests: I see multiple reviews below about noisy karaoke-like guests and I unfortunately experienced the same. In a serene place like this and around the campfire, some acoustic music if any will be nice. But no because these guests bring their speakers and blast their club and party music throughout dinner and at the campfire which absolutely ruined the mood.
The view in the morning was breathtaking but there are many other glamping and homestay venues around the area to pick from. The staff was helpful and really friendly.

United KingdomThe lack of privacy at the property considering what looks and is advertised as a peaceful experience above the clouds. We had no idea that a lot of tourists would turn up the next morning that weren’t staying there. These were noisy tourists that didn’t have the same quiet and respect that the staying and paying customers tried to have. We had people in front of our tents getting pictures, which of course the owners denied and I had no evidence, but take my word we kept having to look to make sure all was safe - no staff around monitoring the situation. They were also helping themselves to all the guest areas. I felt like we had been mislead on the experience and had we known it was this way, we would have saved a lot of money and just joined the tour. Toilets and bathrooms are tired and toilets rarely flushing properly. We decided to not shower and shower at our next hotel when we arrived instead.
The location and view are stunning! Can’t fault the location 🙌🏽

BelgiumSometimes guests leave the toilet pretty dirty. But daily staff comes to clean it. Sometimes it's having luck or bad luck with the noise. Some guests are very loisy. That's why two nights were perfectly for us. The first night was very calm, the second was a bit loisier due to the guests.
The view and the food were super good. The staff also! Most of the people stayed there for 1 night. We stayed there for two and thoroughly enjoyed the nature, for a walk and took some pictures. One night would be too short for us to enjoy and come to rest. The staff were super friendly, thoughtful and kind! Their service made everything even better together with the view. The tent is also very clean! There is also a cute little dog that passes the glamping to find food. Sneaking around from time to time. Very cute! When you observe him, you can tell he knows all the ways on the glamping. He will not bother you, just looking for some leftovers.
