Great location on the river to watch all the action. Clean, comfortable, modern room was very functional considering it's size and interesting design as shown in the photos. Bed was comfy and bathroom was good. Always greeted by staff as we came and went from the hotel.

Can you make it stop raining ?

The cleanliness, the view from our room was spectacular, the room itself was simple but beautiful, the shower was large and lots of hot water. The family was beyond friendly. I cannot say enough good about this Homestay and will come back every chance we have. Thank you Thanh and Tuan Anh. You were wonderful ❤️ Oh- the location was perfect. A quick grab to the market, to the train station, the park was right across the street.

The fridge made a lot of noise and you hear the busy road its on very well. Also they washed my clothes and now my pants are all 10cm shorter. Really annoyed about that. They also overcharge if you try to book tours to the caves, better to book at a tourist office, it will save you 200k. Laundry was also very expensive.

I liked the view, rooms got cleaned daily that was nice.

I don't think Dong Hoi is set up enough for foreign tourists.

Being picky, it was just a little loud in the morning with car horns passing on the main road

We liked the view from our balcony, the room was clean and spacious. Towels and water was refreshed daily. The bathroom area we really liked as it was unique and nicely laid out. Bed was okay and the air con worked perfectly. Location was very good, close to restaurants and cafe’s. As well as sight seeing hotspots. Recommend this lovely hotel with a fantastic owner too!

A little lack of privacy… staff entered the room without knocking or being invited to do so!

Clean and spacious room. Mine was sea-view with a beautiful balcony! Nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and coffee bars. There’s a huge park in front of the hotel for the mornings & nights walk!

The staff were so helpful - we arrived early in the morning and they let us check into our room early! The room was beautiful, just like in the pictures, really clean, excellent bathroom with a good hot shower.

Didn't bother me but there was no tv on the room. Everything was great.

I cannot rate the hotel and especially the staff high enough. The staff are realy friendly and helpful and the hotel is new and modern and clean. It's in a quiet area with a great view overlooking the river. There are good restaurants and coffee shops close by and a lovely walk by the river. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam.

New and fresh building, very comfy beds, comfy shower. Very good location, floor to ceiling windows / slidedoor with Magnificent view over the river and the iconic catolic church ruins. Good layout of the rooms. Could maybe fit in a small table and chair too. AMAZINGLY helpful and serviceminded owner, he is very communicative (in English) and helped me with everything I asked. Highly recommended place 😃 I'll give it a 10. Very good value for money !

The family operating the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The room is well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel location is good, with easy access to local restaurants.
