Excellent value for money, good clean cheap hotel with good facilities. Breakfast is an added bonus .

Needs a bit of maintenance in the pool and common area's, but still great for the price.

There is a balcony who covers in trees so you don’t see nothing The AC is very weak They offer you laundry service, actually we tried to use their washing machine- worked fine and then wanted to use the dryer because we leave the next morning so we used it all night. The dryer didn’t work at all and we had to leave the hotel with all of our clothes wet, when we asked help from the receptionist, they had no idea how to use it and just got it much more wet. Breakfast is pretty bad also. Location looks very good on the map, actually the street is full with strip clubs and the whole area have no normal restaurant or cafe, feels very unsafe at night.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the room itself is very comfortable and big. You couldn’t fault the room, the kitchen and the bathroom is also very spacious and lovely.

Wonderful staff and facility, located close to everything including the beach. easy to hire a motorbike next door. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Da Nang

As always, it was a wonderful stay at Babylon Garden - my favorite hotel in Da Nang. The staff is very friendly. I always feel welcome here, and I look forward to coming back again.

The place was pretty, clean, and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed and it was nice and spacious. Good wifi and well air-conditioned.

Great experience.I stayed 5 nights and this hotel brough me the comfortable stay. Room is huge and housekeeping made up the room everyday. They also provide free washing machine using, what I really need for a long stay. Receptionist was supper nice and professional

The location of hotel. The entrance is small and couldn't park the car. Anyway, if you travel by motobike, this hotel is the best choice

Breakfast was amazing and had 3 different options each day. The hotel was in a beautiful location by the beach. The room was huge. The pool was my favourite part and the dog was adorable.

The amount of bugs in the kitchen and bathroom especially due to the mold. The shower was quite scary due to the mold growing in the shower and sink. We also didn't get informed the pool would be closed for the pool to be cleaned for a whole day. We booked this hotel back when it said you get a free foot/ body massage... we weren't happy to find out they took the deal away when we arrived.

Great experience staying at here. Location is convenient to many restaurants and the beach. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is simple, you pick what combo you want and it comes with a plate of fruit and free drink. Room was clean, spacious and well lit. Housekeeping does a good job. Not that the bathroom is open hair but there is proper concealment.

I lived here for almost two months. The hotel is about 30 meters from the street and shares amenities with the spa between the hotel and street. Quiet and only a block from the beach, surrounded by coffee vendors, excellent seafood and local restaurants as well as laundry and scooter rentals. The beds are very good with crisp ironed linens, AC works well, plenty of hot water, refrigerator and cook top all worked very well. Breakfast varies by the day and a choice is offered each day as well as fresh squeezed juices from local fruit. About 300 meters North on the street corner is an excellent place to get a smoothie or kaffe sui da. About 200 mteres South there is an excellent chicken Cafe offering roast chicken with rice and salad for 85k, about $3.15. There are also excellent seafood cafes within one minute of the hotel.
