The kitchen facility was really nice, room was clean and comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and bright. Staff were super friendlyband you could do self check in. Parking was easy. I wanted to stay another night bht they were booked so i moved to their other location which was really nice too just had quite a few mosquitos

The bathroom was terribly dirty and I thoroughly cleaned it before using and it was much better. We loved the place but we would pay more if the cleaning was better! The bedroom and bedding was fresh and clean I hasten to add, so we were super happy with that!

It was great value and had communal kitchen for cooking!

Very beautiful and clean house. Great location but you definitely need a scooter. The host ist very helpful and organises scooters and taxis if you need one!

Bed sheets seems to be not clean. Bathroom and amenities were not clean.

Design and very quiet location. No staff, a self checkin system, perfect for introverts. Staff was online for any hell.

The toilet did not work that well and sometimes would not flush for a long time. There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom, it seems like this was not cleaned that well.

The communication with the host was great, she responded to all our questions and even arranged a taxi for us. The location is close to the beach and in a quiet area.

The kichen is not very clean and the bathroom is quite dirty there was hair stuck on the lid of the drain and bits of used soap on the shelf it felts like it hasn’t been cleaned from the day before

Phan Rang is a boring town. The temple is worth the visit. The hotel is in a weird neighborhood with nothing of interest nearby besides the beach. It's a little weird not having the guesthouse Manager on-site, but he is very repronsive via text/whatsapp.

A good choice for motorbike riders. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It‘s not soundproof. You can hear other guests talking in the common rooms. There were 2 families with children, who were very loud. At some point, they left in the early evening, so I could sleep well. One should be just aware that It can be a bit noisy. But neighborhood is very quiet!

Most aesthetic accommodation, i‘ve been in South Vietnam so far. Very very beautiful and very comfortable. Only texted with the host, but very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen utensils needed a good clean up due to irresponsible travellers.

Anna is very helpful and obliging when i was stranded without a motorcycle. She immediately called her contacts and arranged one. She took time to provide me places of interest in Phan Rang.

I like the way the owner operates his business although it’s not anything new. Almost everything is done automatically and via Zalo. The lobby is paved with stones, it’s really cool. Bathroom, location are good, it’s just a bit far from K1 area, where has many restaurants. The only thing you need to notice is there are some red ants, so be careful if you bring some food into your room.

The location. It felt like it was far from things, not easy to walk around. If staying for more than one night it might be good but we only stayed one night and wasn’t suitable.

Having some coffee to use would be great.

The location is very good, super close to the beach and not far from delicious restaurants. The bed is very comfortable and the place is clean and feels relaxing. The owner was very responsive and even called a taxi for us.
