The location is perfect! The only thing that needs improvement is the bed foam. Overall, good place to stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Host is very responsive too.

Stayed here during my trip to Sapa and it felt just like home. The place is very affordable yet cozy, with a warm and homy atmosphere. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Perfect spot if you’re looking for comfort without spending too much. Highly recommended

I guess the lack of elevator or lift incase there will be many luggages.

3 things that stood out for us are the amenities (specially hot shower and wifi), Good service from host to staff, and the security features. And of course the location. Very convenient and palced near the Sapa Station and many food options.

The bed was so hard. It was uncomfortable on our first night and thank God our body adjusted

I like that it is near the center which enabled us to just walk when we eat outside. The view of the monorail is soooo nice.

It's a decent place to stay while in Sapa. The location is just a few walking minutes away to establishments. Safe and quiet environment. Rooms were clean and we had a good view of the monorail. What we love most about our stay is the care and attention we get from owner and staff as well. The owner was very understanding with our requests, thoughtful and generous at all times. I will surely choose D Home Sapa again the next time we visit Sapa.

It’s Home away from home… The property is near to everything, you don’t need to take a Grab or taxi, you can just walk. It’s a homestay and that makes it comfortable, you can cook your own food and use the common kitchen and dining, and to add in, the mountain view is spectacular❤️ You can see the funicular train passing by. The owner & staff are exceptional and they are always available, just a message away and they are always willing to help. Thank you D’Home SaPa for a very memorable stay.

Super comfortable, located very close to the Sapa Station, very clean, comfortable, have some good restaurants around. We didn’t meet the owner/coordinator, but he gave all the instructions and helped us in every way.

The bed mattress was too hard and the pillows are not good. We are having a hard time sleeping. Also it’s not sound proof you can hear kids or other guests outside the room.

I like the location. Our room has the view of rail to fansipan. And in some mornings you will get to witness the best view of the sea clouds.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about this property.

The homestay is very accessible, it is near to the town center and many tourist spots. The facilities were also great, the staffs were very attentive to our requests and finally the owner was very responsive to questions and requests. We had a great stay in D Home Sapa, so if you're looking for a place to stay in Sapa do not hesitate to book here.

very spacious room that feels like home… our room has a separate kitchen… everything works well ❤️ location is so good that it is not too far from the busy market of Sa Pa and yet far enough from the noise 😅 the owner is too easy to communicate with and very accommodating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bed was tough. It felt like I was lying on the hardwood floor. Woke up with my body in pain

Beautiful location! You can get a view of the train from the windows along the stairs. Room was clean and huge! No elevators though, just in case you have a lot of luggage with you.
