The location was very central and easy walking to the front beach and to the main attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was a small but varied spread and perfectly adequate.

the staff didn't seem experienced. they mixed up our rooms/bookings, and when we asked for invoices and receipts that seemed difficult to produce.

the hotel is recently refurnished, in a good position for a nice walk along the coast of Vung Tau. breakfast was ok, room was quiet with aircon and a flat screen tv

The outdoor pool was cold due to previous rain. I got in but not for too long.

We loved the location, especially the fresh seafood market directly behind the hotel. The staff here was fantastic, free breakfast was good for westerners and Asian tastes. Owner and staff will do their best to help if needed. We rented a motorbike there and it ran fine. Comfy bed. We would definitely stay with this hotel again. It was a good value as well. Best 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant experience.

There were two tiles in the room floor which were installed in the wrong direction ;-)

Beautiful classic decor yet modern rooms. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The separate toilet, shower and sink was practical. The Juliette balcony is charming. The bathroom amenities included conditioner and moisturizing cream, which was a nice bonus. The staff was very accommodating and they arranged our scooter rental. Practical location within walking distance to Front Beach and many restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops and bars.

Interior: Elegant Room interior is perfect for me, skirting, door stone border, joining between materials. Bathroom floor has water running rail around to avoid water flooding on your feet when showering, return airgrill works well so no bad smell in the bathroom. Room condition: Good smell, clean, good air con, hot and cold water, the toilet and bathroom is always clean. Smoke detectors: available Shampoo and body wash solution have good smell. Laundry service is very quick. The corridor floor has carpet which is clean. The security keeps my motorbike 24/7, take care of my helmets when its raining. The receptionists are very friendly, supportive. And remember my name, always smile and say hi when we meet. They give the list of attractive local places to visit. English breakfast here is good for me. The mini mart next to the hotel, very convenient. Seafood market is right behind the property. I used to buy seafood there and eat at the chairs in front of the hotel. Nice feeling with suitable prices. The room with balcony is a MUST to try.

There was a power line outrage during our stay so the pavement was digged up for fixing. The smell was unpleasant and the digger blocked the entrance of the hotel but we cant control that event. Breakfast didnt have variety, quite limited.

Hotel is quite central. Close to the beach and restaurants. Close to the speed boat port but the port has been moved to Ho May Park so 10 mins to the port. The design is top notch. So beautiful. Everything looks new. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a milk tea place on the ground floor.
