The reception girls were excellent, one of which used her own credit card to arrange for something got my friend and I. She trusted us to do the right thing and go get the cash to pay her back

Loved everything

Our airline left our bag in Australia. Hotel staff helped receive our bag and keep it safe while we were in cao bang as airline would only ship bag to Hanoi. Staff very friendly. Location on main street where weekend market is. Near sword lake and puppet show. Ended up staying here twice

Nicely decorated room, and decent soundproofing as I can hardly hear any noises from the street. The receptionists are nice and helpful.

The bathroom, especially the shower might not be the cleanest but decent enough for the price.

The location is convenient to walk to all the attractions. Additionally, the weekend market is conveniently located right at your doorstep. Beds were comfortable. Despite the chaos outside, their windows are soundproof. Overall a lovely stay.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. A small leak from the shower into the bedroom.

Good location in city, tasty breakfast and helpful staff, driver took us from airport to hotel.

This was a great hotel and I was very pleased with my choice. The suite I booked looked exactly like the photos, it was very comfortable. There were heaps of power sockets, some already with USB outlets which made charging things so much easier. The breakfast was also really good and the staff supplied me with a breakfast to take with me when I had an early trip to Ha Long Bay.

Communication between staff. I'd paid the day I arrived but the staff was unsure of whether I had paid when I left. Please upgrade processes so that customers don't get questioned as to whether they have paid or not when they are about to leave. It put a dampener on the whole stay.

The room was not clean! There was mold in the bathroom We were suppose to have a room with a view and we got a wall as a view. When we talked about it to the hotel stuff no change of room was offered

This is a clean well appointed and beautifully staffed hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing!!

For where this hotel is there is not much to dislike about this place. It is not large and spacious, but it is definitely beautiful and boutique.

Staff had amazing service, from reception to door men to kitchen staff made us feel so welcomed and went over and beyond making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Good location, has a tv, we requested a bathtub room which we received, comfortable beds

Our wifi didn’t work in our room due to a broken wire which they came to fix temporarily but it was still a bit of a pain. Also the bath tub had to be filled up with the shower head and we found it leaked very badly so had to use our towels to clean up the water. Other than this it was a very comfortable hotel

The service was excellent. Hannah and Tiana were literally at my beckon call. My computer broke down and they called a computer guy. I asked where I could buy a SIM card and I called in a guy to sell me one. They helped me book all my tours and a bus to Cat Ba Island when I left. The service was extraordinary.

Everything was perfect all because of the staff, most especially Nas. He’s amazing.
