The chairs in the dining room are very noisy when moved. Felt pads under the legs would fix this. There is no general sitting area that is air conditioned for relief from the heat.

The people on the staff are excellent and breakfast is varied and delicious. The pool is very nice although the water gets rather warm in the hot weather.

Loved the location! It’s away from nosiness of the main beach of Da Nang but close enough in a 5 minute taxi ride. The staff are the nicest and always greet you!

Soundproof rather weak as we could hear guests moving along the corridor in the middle of the night. Hair dryer was old.

Service staff (Tommy and another male staff) were excellent.

The noise in the corridors can be disturbing in the evening. When guests return late, you can hear people talking and doors closing.

There were so many staff and every single one was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The kids club was great. I was worried my 7 year old might be too old, but there was enough to keep her entertained a couple of hours a day. Only one pool but it was a very good one. The beach was lovely. Surprisingly clean and nice for swimming.

Decor is somewhat dated, but I can't complain too much about that. The hotel is still clean and in decent condition.

The location is nice and quiet, located on the beach and near lots of restaurants, cafes and spas.

Green netting on the beach near the pool ruins the view. A bit challenging to communicate with staff as their English language proficiency quite low.

Good size- not too big so you don’t need buggy to get around. Very good location: On the beach and located near shops and not far off from the town/city. Good breakfast spread.

Azure restaurant was very 'meh' compared to the main restaurant. It was also the beach restaurant, so I would have thought it would have had more allure. Food was ever so, so so. This is the only thing I can actually 'fault' at the Pullman.

Despite this being off-season our experience at the Pullman Resort Danang was most excellent. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms just brilliant, the food (at the main restaurant) delicious, the staff just wonderful and location location location... It's a must-try if you happen to be in Danang. We'll certainly be going back to stay there again. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Asia. We just loved it.

Location was a little further out than we'd thought, but rideshare was so inexpensive it really didn't matter

Great resort. Biggest breakfast buffet we've ever seen. Bloody Mary station at breakfast was icing on the cake! We were really impressed that Trent, the executive Chef was wondering through in the morning making sure we were all happy. Fantastic beach with great cocktails. The staff were the stand out in every department, but specially Kelvin on the concierge desk. SO friendly, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and gave us amazing advice when we asked for assistance.
