Couple of things could be better. Firstly, when we arrived by taxi, I was only one leg out of the taxi before I was approached by a staff member asking if I was at the correct hotel. I know there are two Marriott’s at Da Nang but this came across very condescending in tone like it was assumed we weren’t staying there. We are elite members at Marriott and frequent them often around the world. The kids club could do with more activities and friendly staff. We only attempted to use it once and my daughter who is four, I took her and walked her up to the member of staff to introduce her and tell her her name and she to make for comfortable and we were completely brushed off by the staff member who walked off and didn’t even want to get to know my daughter or her name. Not warm or welcoming at all and not the level of service you’d expect from a kids club where you leave your children. With regards to food, there could be a bit more on the menu. There were only rice paper rolls, and they weren’t very good - we ate one of the five served to us. There were no crispy rolls. The pulled pork tarcos were inconsistent and the pork was never ever pulled, it was left chunky and sometimes there was barely any meat. Around 7pm every night they came to the room to drop off complimentary cashews. They would ring the bell, and if we didn’t answer ring it again and start knocking on the door. It was really frustrating especially if we were resting and sleeping, or the children were sleeping. It is not necessary to be that president to drop off a packet of cashews. If guests don’t answer on the first bell, please don’t keep persisting.

Great location, short trip to the centre of Da Nang but out of the way to relax so a good spot to place yourself if you want a mixture of relax or to venture out for day trips. Excellent and well priced Spa. Well priced drinks at the pool too.

The Villa is superb, nicely decorated and high quality, we were very impressed and we loved having our own pool . The breakfast is excellent and massage at the spa very good. The beach house is fun especially happy hour ! The standout is the staff, very friendly, warm and nothings a problem for them. one of our best holiday experiences..

We booked a villa for 5 persons, but only two double beds with blanket, pillows for 4 persons are provided without extra bed. The reception staff recommended the extra room while no explanation why booking confirmation is for 5 persons but only space for 4 persons is provided. After few days booking was confirmed, my booking was dined and booking.com sent message to request to contact customer service of the resort for checking. One staff explained the booking was made for other customers, not the person named in the credit card, then she requested to change the name of customer. I did that change, but booking still could not be confirmed, after that I replaced other credit card, then booking was confirmed, quite disappointed about the service staffs

The resort could do with a wider variety of food menu. Only 1 restaurant for lunch and that too with a limited menu. This may be the only area of improvement.

1. Exceptional service - from room service, restaurant, laundry, buggy. Everything was on time, high quality and courteous 2. Great Upkeep - for the villas, common areas and the ground. The resort is beautiful, the villas impressive and its all very well maintained 3. Personal touch - we had an in villa BBQ which was exceptional with Mr Doi leading the service wonderfully. The buggy staff would remember our names, villa number - made us feel at home

There is nothing that we didnt like but if an improvement is recommended i would suggest atleast a small buffet or even a good ala carte menu in the night for dinner,because the resort is providing set menus ,of course they are trying to customise it as per customers satisfaction ,but i think that only can be improved if required.

This is a beach side resort on a road stretch which houses many resorts.the resort is well maintained,rooms are too good and especially the behaviour of staff was excellent.they are trying to accomodate the wishes of guests to the maximum.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Although there was a problem with the room on the night of check-in, they solved it for us in time. In addition, the hotel also met the conditions we proposed. Another thing to point out is that the breakfast was very delicious and varied. The equipment is a bit old, but considering the location and ocean view, it is still worthy of praise.

A couple of things need to be fixed (like lamps) but we can live with that. The only negative comment I have is about the fact that the kitchen is not operational (nothing works and there are no cutlery or whatsoever), allegedely to avoid the smells but it could be great if one could prepare some meals at the house, particularly when it was meant to be like that and you are 15m away by car from town.

The hotel is really nice! The weather didn't help during our stay by the swimming pool next to the house is definitely a plus, particularly if you have kids; Staff is very professional and always attentive and friendly. Breakfast is great, one of the best choices I have ever had (and I travel a lot). The rooms are big and comfortable.
