We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the city center and right across the road from a small convenience store run by the kindest man and wife, who we ended up visiting daily. The staff at the hotel were warm and helpful, the breakfast had a great variety, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. Would happily stay here again!

The staff were really good, especially because we checked in late at night! They sorted us out straight away! We left some belongings without realising and the staff were super quick to let us know so we could get it back on time! Thank you!!

Original room was damp, complained and got moved to another room on the second floor which was much better. 10 minute walk to ancient town.

I recently stayed at **De Vivre Hoi An Hotel**, and it was an amazing experience! The **staff** were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help—whether it was offering local tips, organizing tours, or just making me feel welcome. They truly went above and beyond. The **location** is perfect: in a quiet area yet just a short walk from Hoi An’s charming old town, with its vibrant lanterns, shops, and delicious food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. Overall, I highly recommend **De Vivre Hoi An Hotel** and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff, nice clean room with a balcony and comfortable beds. Fantastic quiet street and we particularly lovely the little coffee shop down the road with a great little bakery opposite the coffee shop. Handy clean convenience store across the road from the hotel (and a laundromat just down the road) . It’s a lovely and pretty peaceful street not far from the hustle and bustle of old town. This hotel is great value for money and we would definitely stay here again if we revisit Hoian.

A very nice hotel on one of the quite streets at the edge of the old town, and only a short walk to the main tourist area. The staff were very accommodating, and helped with many things that we requested or needed expert advice on. Lisa, the reception manager is superb, and as helpful as any hotel receptionist I have encountered. A real gem. We stayed at the hotel for a month, and there just wasn't anything to gripe about.

wonderful, very helpful people. They saved us when our trip to the next place was canceled, a very nice lady called to different offices and found us the last seats on the bus for that day. They are really responsive to every suggestion and need. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the old town, rooms with balconies large and comfortable. They may not be the newest but charming and very clean (cleaned every day) Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The only downside was the breakfast. I only had it once - the fruit buffet was limited and the coffee was cold. When I requested hot coffee, they simply reheated it in the microwave instead of bringing fresh coffee. While 100,000D is still very cheap, I didn’t feel the quality was worth the price. Despite this, I still give the hotel a solid 9/10 for its value for money, location, cleanliness, and excellent front desk staff.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town. My room was spacious, and housekeeping serviced it daily, providing fresh towels and bottled water. I had a room facing the back; while the view wasn’t impressive, it was quieter than the front-facing rooms. The swimming pool looked clean, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. The front desk staff were all very friendly and attentive. A couple of things to note: there is a kettle and cups in the room, but no coffee or tea, so you may want to bring your own. There’s also a convenient self-service laundry just up the street. Plus, the hotel is close to plenty of great places to eat, so you don’t have to go all the way to the Old Town for a meal. When I return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay here again - but I will request a front room.

The room seems to be a little damp. We turned on the Aircon (dry) to reduce the dampness.

Big room. Clean and modern bathroom (but no exhaust fan). Comfortable firm bed. Friendly staff.
