The shower and bidet leaked meaning the bathroom floor was always soaking wet which wasn’t very nice. Also the shower head didn’t connect to the wall so you have to hold it which is fine obviously but thought I’d write it down anyway. There were ants in the sink, and on the ceiling (only small ones). And the bed sheet was quite stained and didn’t fit the bed right which exposed the mattress. These are very specific things though, for backpackers, it’s perfect.

The staff are excellent, so friendly and happy to help booking transport, day trips, bike hire etc. they have good advice and give you lots of water! This place is great for backpackers, there’s a social area and it’s good value, and the staff know exactly what you might be looking for (basket boats etc). AC works well and the rooms are spacious. There’s good options for breakfast- and perhaps the strongest coffee you’ll drink!

The cleaning team kept entering our room without our permission and no even cleaning anything, just taking out the trash (or half empty bags) 2 cockroach’s came out of the bathroom through the sink 😖

The breakfast was great and cooked on the spot for you with also fresh fruit. Everyday you get a free beer which is also a plus The staff let us use the kitchen to use the kettle and they were super friendly :) The price was more than fair for what you get!

There were a few ants about but they didn't bother me.

I LOVED THE STAFF. Especially the young guy with perfect English. Not sure what his name was but he was so so helpful. The location is also really great.

We arrived late at night, the bed sheets weren’t clean, the room had a strong moldy smell, the taxi that we booked with them wasn’t waiting for us at the airport, and the bathroom is always wet, doesn’t matter if you use the curtains on the shower or not.

The place is at around 13min away from the old town by foot or 12min away from the beach by motorcycle. The breakfast isn’t tasty, but decent for the price, the staff members helped us to rent the bike and were friendly at all times, the shower is pretty good, the bed is comfortable enough.

personnel wasn't that kind. We were first told that what we had planned in terms of activities wasn't possible (but we managed with someone else). Then we were told we were late as it was 8:45 and the time agreed was 9:00. And it wasn't even her concern as it wasn't even booked with the Hostel! also disapointed about the swimingpool which never sees the sun. no wonder we didn't see anyone swimming

The pool could’ve been cleaner. It didn’t look great so we didn’t use it (but you don’t really need it to be honest, go see the city!)

Lovely staff and great rooms, with the most comfortable beds so far during our trip (truly excellent if you want a good nice sleep). Also free breakfast was super!!! Location is 5 min walk from the city centre. We would definitely go back here.

Incredibly friendly staff and a nice social atmosphere. Delicious breakfast. Only negative thing is that our room was EXTREMELY humid, so much that the bed felt almost wet and that our clothes and towels would not dry. Having the AC on at all times and even also attempting to sleep with the window open did nothing to improve.

Great location, free beer or spirit shot each evening, and good breakfast. Room felt small, and shower had no curtain or cover (did ask for one but never got one so had to manually hold the shower head as to not soak the bathroom) room was also not cleaned during stay (3 nights)

Really good staff at the place. The room was ok but a bit dated. Nice sitting area in the evening in front of the hotel. Happy hour from 6-8 with very good prices for the city. Breakfast comes with fruits - great. Good place for a few days in Hoi An.

The air con wasn't great but did provide a fan too. The pool was freezing and could do with a little tidy up in the surounding area but nothing that bothered us really.

We loved everything about this place so much that we even extended our stay by an extra day.

Although simple, this hotel offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere, reminiscent of a backpacker community. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely miss this great vibe, and I’ll be sure to return one day.
