This place could be brilliant. Location is excellent rooms and pool superb. Unfortunately it advertises WiFi and cable these are non existent. If they sort this out this could be a really good boutique hotel

Lovely sized pool, would be nice if there was more seating. Value for money. No major complaints although we had a leaking toilet which wasn't fixed in the five days we were there.

Only problem was how easy it was for other people to look into our room, which we commonly found the staff doing.

Great location, as only 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely bright room which huge windows. Quite area even though it was so close to the main road.

I have been travelling around SE Asia for over 2 months I ended up extending my stay at Dong Xuan Hong for 2 weeks. Probably my favourite hotel on my travels and so cheap compared to rooms on the Thai islands. It is in a great location on the road near the beach and bar etcs. The hotel itself is set back from the road so it is quiet. They have a nice pool that never seems to be that busy surrounded by greenery. The staff are great and friendly and always working hard. I guess the only downside was no one spoke English, but we just used Google Translate. My room had a pool garden view with a Balcony

The pool is inside the complex and the sunlight is blocked by the buildings - especially the children pool, leaving it pretty cold for swimming.

Quiet location, but only a few minutes from a well-maintained beach.

The rooms could definitely be cleaned better and the shared kitchen as well. I also wish there was more seating around the pool.

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. They don’t really speak English but with the use of google translate everything went very smoothly. There is a shared kitchen which is great to use especially for breakfast. The location is excellent with a lot of cafes and restaurants around and the beach is a 5 min walk away.

The room for 4 is really small and unsuitable for a longer stay. The pool has only three sunbeds for many guests. There is no access to the beach, everything is reserved for hotels on the beach. Beds and pillows are hard. You have nowhere to dry your bathing suit and towels, as there is no veranda, so be careful which room you book, newer apartments have a balcony/veranda.

Very friendly helpful staff and very hardworking cleaners who change towels every day and clean. Very nice garden and pool.

Rooms can get pretty stuffy and have a bit of humidity smell, but expected due to the closeness to the pool. Staff couldn’t speak English but were very friendly, google translate was a good help

Super cute place with nice pool 3 minutes from the beach. Rooms service every day, pool extremely clean, beautiful garden and friends staff. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here

Awesome pool!!! The bungalow rooms by the pool were a great deal and had lovely balconies. Some of the other rooms didn’t look as nice. It’s a quick walk to the beach/ bars/ restaurants

The food was nice, the staffs were accomodating,, they have housekeeping everyday. It's clean, very accessible as it is in the town center. It was also affordable. I surely recommend the hotel, if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel yet very comfortable and want some silent environment.

Room cleaning was very hot and miss. No clean towels for days. Only 3 sun beds, not really enough. Ants nest under the sun beds 😖

Not clean , tea cups and pot didn't clean up after gues leave before new guses come, shower water and bath products not satisfied ,

Ant in my bedroom, on my bed. it makes me uncomfortable when sleeping While I was sitting on the swing near the pool, a cleaning staff came and put dirty bags right where I was sitting without saying a word to me. Her attitude made me angry and I left the swing immediately. I don't think the swing is a place to put dirty clothes instead of for customers to sit and enjoy the pool.

Mattresses are hard as rock! No exaggeration, I’m almost 200 lbs and could not dent the mattress. When I put my elbow on it, my nerves fell asleep. There’s no barrier under door so AC can’t cool room well and tiny ant like bugs came in. We decided to check out the next day and the bugs had made it to the top of one of the beds. The doors are key locks and they also give you an electronic card for power. Our security latch was busted and if I was traveling solo I would not have felt safe. Bathroom design is awkward and no water pressure. There’s not even a place for you to put your bar of soap in the shower. The trashcan doesn’t fit anywhere so it sits awkwardly either in the shower or in front of the toilet. Minibar has mix of paid and free amenities. We did not have signage to indicate any difference and it wasn’t mentioned at check in.

Staff friendly, good location. Great seafood restaurant and a coffee shop directly across the street. There are a lot of steps at the front and then a few to make your way to the bungalows. If you have heavy baggage, they may help you.
