Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaNothing specifically, I think everything was good, the only thing they could add is more options for the breakfast, we didn't have different things to choose from to eat, we only had to take one or two things we liked.
The place was good, it was calm and in a good neighborhood in the city where we could walk around to see things. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean as well. It was great.

PolandBreakfasts were average and there was not a lot to choose from. There was no description provided to the dishes, making us not know what were eating.
We enjoyed our stay at Canary Hotel. The hotel’s main advantage was the location - not exactly in the main tourist area but close to all the monuments. The room was pretty and matched the photos. The staff was helpful.

AustraliaQuiet corner of a small street so not easy to locate from taxi but perfect for a good night sleep, staff or next door could be loud early morning though. Breakfast is perfect for us, both Vietnamese and continental choices, lovely sunny room with excellent view over the city, staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus for breakfast quality and staff:)

SwitzerlandWe got a real "no-view-room". Afterwards we learnt that in vietnam some rooms really have no window. So be careful when chosing the room. For us it was a bit strange to have no sunlight but on the other hand, it was very quite and good to sleep over the jetlag. :)

RussiaNo natural lighting in the room, the only window leads to a very narrow and dark stairwell. No infrastructure like grocery stores, pharmacies etc. within a walking distance.
Breakfast is the best thing about the hotel. The view from the 10th floor where breakfasts take place is amazing and the food is good too. Great wi-fi and nice TV. Staff speaks english pretty well. A lot of tourist attractions are close by.
