We stayed in a private room that was a little dated given the price on the higher end of the range of hostels. So many mosquitoes kept getting into the room too, we couldn’t tell where they were coming from as we were keeping the balcony doors closed but we had 10+ over our two day stay.

Great location, super fun and social vibe with activities every night but no one is pressuring you to get involved if you’re not feeling it. Sauna and ice bath in the basement were amazing!

I was in the basement and the room was really stuffy and just a fan on. Also wasn’t keen on it just being soft blankets but not the end of the world!

Booked a private room- not worth the pricing. Rooms are out dated. Bathrooms are also old. Better off paying for a nice hotel room instead.

The WiFi in the basement is so bad it may aswell not be offered. Staff are in and out of room messing with the aircon so it was often very very warm at night

It is expensive, the currency used is U$, that can give you an idea.I didn't like the "ecosystem" created to make money. All businesses are run to make money but I expected more help as a hostel. The spirit of a hostel: give different options and the guest can decide what he/she prefer, they should be more transparent. They just sell and explain what they have almost as a unique option...

'Party' vibe with big groups and more difficult to socialise compared to other hostels I've been to (dorm mates said the same) This hostel is more expensive than other hostels in the area - probably because it has a reputation for being 'the' hostel to go to...

It is definitely a party hostel - this was fine for us but if you’re not looking for that it might be a bit intense!

We had a great time at Fuse - the room was very good, staff were really fun and helpful and location was great for the old town.

My top bunk didn't have a curtain but I felt so safe and comfortable here, it didn't matter too much! Everything else was great.

If you are solo travelling and you'd like to make some friends, you absolutely have to stay here! I stayed in a female dorm room and it was so clean and spacious. I met so many lovely people and the free shuttle to the beach is the icing on the cake!

A little expensive for the quality of dorm room - the lock on the bathroom door kept breaking and the beds weren’t the best. Only bottom bunks had curtains for some reason?

Really great for organising trips - we did the cycling tour around old town and it was really interesting. Great food and drink downstairs. Staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us some great recommendations for dinner.

The only thing I didn't like was, there are no curtains on the upper beds. Which is kinda weird. But not a big deal, if you are fine with that. And the Hairdryer didn't work.

I really liked how social the hostel is. The evening program is great and also amazing for going partying. But it's quiet, when you go to your room. The rooms are quite big and enough space in the lockers as well. I also loved the free shuttle to the beach a few times a day. It makes it very convenient to do a beach day. The most people of the staff are very very friendly and do they best. I appreciated that! I loved the location, because it's very close to everything. And they have a pool, which is very cool.
