Valuable price. Good location, many restaurants and spas nearby. Workable air-conditioning.

Lived on 8/F. The room was not as spacious as expected nor as the pictures showed on the booking site. Small window. We have two single beds, both of them were stained. Beds were normal though. The quilts were placed separately in the cupboard, no quilt cover provided, again used and stained. We did not dare to cover them on our bodies. The ventilation was below average, you can smell the cooking from everywhere around the neighborhood. If you are fond of oily smell just come for it. The walls in the room were stained too. TV was not workable. You can tell the whole room was used for long time. The shower was fair, mold was all over the edges of shower, water flow was weak, but hot water was still functional. The flush of toilet was not functional, in an almost broken state, you can’t flush the toilet with that handle. There was no toilet paper rack to hold the roll of paper, they only left it on the top of toilet. Overall, if you are looking for budget living, you came to the right place, it’s worth 800000vnd/night after all. Warm reminder: do not ever trust the photo offered by hotel themselves

It was very cheap and in a good location.

The rooms are the size of shoeboxes and those without windows were just unbearable. Please stop using wide angle lenses to make the rooms look bigger than they are. This is ok for travellers on a budget who need a place to crash but we were looking for something a bit more comfortable and were sorely disappointed. We checked out after two nights (we had booked for 4).

Room was a good price especially given how close it was to everything.

Our room had very poor/non existent air conditioning. We mentioned it to the staff during our stay and they provided a fan to help but inevitably was still too hot. May have been a room specific problem but affected our stay significantly. We also tried to get some local recommendations from the staff for various things, but due to the language barrier, the staff weren’t able to assist much. Minor issue and translate did help a bit but was still time consuming. We tried to get a room upgrade 2 minutes after arriving in the room as it was a bit small but we were told no instantly by the reception staff. I then had to ask again and he proceeded to contact the manager only for him to come back and provide a figure 30% than the price listed for the room on booking.com.

Room was much smaller than anticipated and no breakfast available despite photos on the listing.

Good location, decent shower, clean with lovely manager. Loved noises from nearby cathedral of singing and bells.

I was a bit shocked upon arrival to find no external window and room very small. When I raised with the manager he seemed to agree that whilst the description included “this room has small windows”, this was not correct and felt misleading - Our room had no windows at all, which I did struggle with as there for 4 nights. Having said that, it was good in all other aspects and did what it said on the tin - cheap, well located and clean. Nothing the manager could do for me as it was fully booked so we managed, he was so nice that I just let it go.

Good hotel in very good location center town, few minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. It is right behind the cathedral; street has little traffic. Balcony rooms are a great choice. Room and bath were well kept, functional. Convenient if you don't want breakfast included - there is plenty of choice outside! Would stay there again.

Location was excellent, especially for the value. Bed was comfortable. Noise from the cathedral didn't bother us too much.

The facilities did feel used, however it did not bother us as we did opt for very budget option.

The staff was nice. I thought it's was only person but I think they are twins or they just look alike. hehe

This hotel is located near St. Joseph Cathedral, you can see it out your window. It is located on a quieter street. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the area.

The staffs and manager are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. Easy access to foods and sightseeing places. Free room upgrade.

Room 503 bathroom has a constant unpleasant smell, it will be perfect if it can be improved. The other room we have stayed in the same hotel hasn't got this problem and is perfect.
