Great location to explore the city. It’s located in back ally next to the main road but it was quiet. You have to go up the stairs for the entrance and there’s no elevator inside. Bit inconvenient for the travellers who carry a carry bag.

The room I had didn't match the photos on the website because I didn't have a window to get natural light, not a deal breaker. There is no elevator but the staff was able to help me move my luggage to my room. The bathroom amenities were present but were limited. I didn't have a desk to work but there was a chair by the dresser.

The location was not far from Bui Vien Street, so it wasn't too loud. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One time I needed to get an item delivered but I didn't have a Vietnamese number so the host, Jack was able to accept the package on my behalf. The room was comfortable. The cleaning staff was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for travelers and even students. The staff was able to hold my luggage before check-in and a few hours after check-out so that I could enjoy the local area.

The room's lighting was abit dimmed but overall experience was great.

The receptionist is extremely friendly and welcoming! Free breakfast provided was simple but nice, one banh mi with two eggs and vege per person. The location is great as well with all the restaurants and sightseeing places not far apart.

I didn't like the breakfast it was not filling. Would be good if they have buffet service like other hotels.

Good location just behind walking street and close to bus station. The staff specially the Owner jack was very cooperative. He upgraded our room when I complained that there is no hot water for shower. The hotel is at a claim and quite place.

A cheerful and very accommodating staff. A surprisingly quiet room, with a comfortable bed in the center of D1. We stayed two nights, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel doesnt have elevator which is a burden especially when you are in the 3rd floor and up. The first room that was given to me was so dusty so i asked to transfer which they provided. Thanks to the staff even if they were having a hard time communicating in english. Location is near Buy Vien if you like party, this is the place. A bit hard to locate but it's good. Great value for money cuz of free breakfast.

Air conditioning was very poor. Breakfast was a bit boring after a few days. No lift so made it difficult to get on the higher floors most rooms do not have windows that’s an extra and they kept on trying to get you into overpriced tours The hotel was a little expensive for what it was

- it's not very clean but it's rather common in Vietnam - we had a few small cockroaches in the room

- Hotel located conveniently in the heart of the touristic zone - staff nice and helpful, speaking limited English but despite it was easy to communicate - breakfast served everyday, similar everyday but fresh and sufficient to start the day

Everything was perfect.

Nice little hotel in the backstreets of Ho Chi Minh District 1. It's pretty basic but perfect if you want to be in the city center and explore the city during the day and night. Just 2 streets away from noisy and crowdedly Bui Vien Food Street, but incredibly quiet, The staff was very helpful, simple but good breakfast in the morning. After the check out we left our luggage till the evening flight home.
