Had a bit of a funny smell when first entered the room but you soon got used to it! No lift so taking 2 suitcases to 4th level wasn't great.

Cheap hotel room in the city, close to old town for the sights. Basic and clean, but great for somewhere to just sleep when visiting the city. Barging for the price 👍🏼

Too bad we could not fill our water bottles; it was possible everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam.

Staff were friendly. Kept our baggage for the whole day after check out and let us use the restrooms.

The shared entrance is dark and offputting, but once inside it's modern, clean and bright. I don't know how often the bed cover is changed it looked a little grubby

No water provided, no elevator, no coffee, no breakfast BUT enough places to go to around the property. Paid an additional late check out my room (full night) but still had to leave the room at 6pm because it got booked

Adjacent to a busy road - we wanted it it due to an early morning pick up there, so it worked for us, but it may be a but busy for some people. It’s also adjacent to a club, we didn’t hear the music as we we were on the highes floor, but I don’t know about the lower floors. Unfortunately no elevator, so if you end up in the highest floor like us, you’ll have to carry your luggage in your hands.

Distance to the centre was good, but adjacent to a busy road - we had a morning pick up there, so we booked it on purpose. Cleanliness was also fine. We only spent one night as it was a transit place. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If only they had elevator. But that was ok coz they have granted out request.

I like that the hotel staffs are very welcoming and approachable. They even offered discounted tours for our family but sadly we had booked tours already. I like that upon request to get a room on the ground floor, they have given us consideration. The room was very spacious. Peter even helped us contact the grab driver and spoke to him in Vietnamese when my niece left her ipad.

Handle to shower door was hanging off. Wash hand basin had large crack in it. On the first floor reception echoed. Disco pounding down stairs until 2-4 am

Behind a club, which is rather noisy at nights Internet connection is weak at times.

I was offered a bigger room on the third floor, which is quieter. Staff Lina and Chinh are very helpful. Conveniently located

It is a little dirty everywhere and there is no housekeeping service. We stayed 6 nights and nobody came to change towels or refill toilet paper, so we did it ourselves. I would recommend bringing your own towel, you can see through theirs as they are very very thin. You can hear the music from the club below very loud until 5 am in the morning.

The location is great and the staff very friendly. We had two huge beds which very comfortable.

The entrance was a bit dodgy as it's the same narrow way leading to 2 loud karaoke bars. If you're a big person or with huge bags you might find it a pain to drag your stuff due to the small entryway. To be fair, once you're in the hotel, you can no longer hear the noise from outside thanks to 2 sound proof glass doors.

Location if you want a quick escape to the airport since it was just along the main road, outside of Old Quarters. The room was spacious for 3+ people with 2 queen beds, bright with sockets everywhere. A table, huge vanity mirror and cabinets. Wifi was also pretty good. Our room was at the 3rd floor but the receptionist was kind enough to carry our bags.

Room could’ve been cleaner and we were confused about why the club next door had to open the door for us at night and how we could get in if they weren’t there. We only stayed evening till early morning so this may be different in the day. Some mould in the room and bathroom that I think could’ve been easily fixed.

Had good airport transfer and room was okay for the price. Staff seemed very accommodating even though we only stayed for one night. Boy at reception at night was very friendly.

The hotel room didn't have a window and was very wet. The bathroom was quite moldy.

The hotel is located in a great location, the service at the reception is also very good (very nice and kind stuff ready to help you with everything :)) and the price performance ratio is good.
