My room was very narrow and long however this seems to be the traditional building style in Hanpi so I cannot fault the hotel. Breakfast was very basic

Aircon was a little inconsistent so was hot overnight but otherwise a beautiful room.

Owner was extremely helpful, stayed up to let us in after our late 3am arrival, gave us a free upgrade and helped us book a cheap airport taxi. Lovely room!

Hotel is situated at very prime location of old quarter. Everything from Don xuang market, hoan kiem lake, night market is just a walking distance away.

we only had one problem because we accidentally broke a soap dish and at first they wanted to charge us an excessive price, but then we talked it over and it was resolved

The property is located in the old quarter, 7 mins away from the night market at the weekend. The room was clean as well as the bathroom, breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese and western food. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Construction next to the hotel started early morning - out of their control. Housekeeping cart right outside our room, made it difficult to get past, especially with big bags.

There are some details that could make a difference like getting a better shower, but overall everything was very good.

The property is located right in the heart of the city. You can walk to visit a lot of places, and they are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is vast, good deal for the money.

The room sizes are very small and you can’t move or keep your things . Even though the room was upgraded to deluxe room.

The breakfast was quite poor, fruit was very good but ham, jam, butter etc looked a bit odd and not fresh. It’s a mixture of vietnamese and european breakfast but since this hotel is pretty much touristy, the breakfast could’ve been better… Also as we were eating our breakfast there appeared a weird orange bug on the table which made us feel very uncomfortable and as we sat to a different table, the insect hasn’t left us and appeared a different smaller one. However the room was clean, bathroom was very small but manageable for two people.

This hotel is located in the old quarter and its position is for sure their strongest part - walkable distance basically everywhere, Circle K is basically on the opposite side of the street and many shops and restaurants are right around the corner. Even though some of the Old Quarter’s streets can get very busy and loud during the night, the room was overall very quiet. The host is super kind and helpful, he upgraded our room for free and included the breakfast for the same price we booked. He’ll help you plan any trips around Vietnam and recommend you where to go and where rather not… The room was very tiny but it was clean and overall pretty nice.

There’s construction work next door, so that’s a bit noisy, not too bad though and of course not their fault.

The location is great, fair walking distance from all the main things to see in Hanoi, also has good cafes and restaurants around. The room was comfortable with all you might need. The staff is caring and friendly, they helped me book tours and shuttles.

Few marks around the walls ruins the sort of luxury vibe it’s going for and the bathroom light is very dim. Minor issues when you consider you won’t be in the room much anyway.

Great location, great price and great staff especially Mr Jack Son. Does the job exactly as you’d expect for the price and the bed was super comfy. You can book tours through Jack Son when you arrive and pay at the desk. I basically booked my entire holiday when I arrived.

My first room was without a window view so I asked to change. The construction noise was very annoying as it started early in the morning.

The hotel is very conveniently located, in the old town, close to shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, the manager spoke a very good English. The hotel provided good recommendations what to visit in Hanoi. Airport shuttle was also available (at extra cost). The room was small but nice, the bathroom was superb.

The room was smaller than what I saw online. The construction next door was a disturbance early in the morning.

The location is perfect. The owner is very communicative and proactive. Most people speak English. The ac and hot water worked very well.
