The room is old, small and narrow. The walls are peeling off, and the shower room is not good. There’s only window in the shower room - which can’t be closed, and so flies and mosquitos come inside. The door of the shower roon can’t be closed proparly.

The location is good, very close to the old/ancient town of Hoi An, and near coffee and Banh Mi.

Came home very late on the last night, found it was totally closed up, didn't know I had to ring the bell to get inside .. they should tell you on arrival that they close the front gates a certain time at night

WiFi didn’t work on the top floor, was told it was an ‘error’ but offered no solution. Bathroom door didn’t work on top floor either.

Location was great and staff were friendly. Had a fridge, good aircon and shower pressure and nice big beds.

Good location in the city and about 5 min walk from the old side of the city. Banh mi queen is right down the road and a must try. Staff friendly and helpful in booking activities and taxis. The Bay Mau cooking class is really good and worth it! Go to MOT for cau lau and pho!

The rooms were small, but it was enough for us. They were clean and had aircondition which was important for us in the heat. The location was also good, not far to walk in to the city. The staff was also very kind and helped us with bookings for different excursions.

The room and toilet were much smaller than I had in mind based on the photos on the booking.com page. There were limited toiletries which were not replenished during my stay, as there was no daily room cleaning done. The room is only accessible through stairs, however I was on the first floor, so this was not an issue for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with recommendations on where to go and what to do during my stay. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is located quite close to the Old Quarter and some well-known eateries which was very convenient for me.

Our room had no windows, which was a shame. The hotel is by a busy road, so it was very noisy from the early morning - and when we were going to sleep. Bed was a bit hard.

A horrendous stay. There were rats in the walls, squeaking and running about. When we informed the security guard he was extremely rude. The manager said we can either change rooms or put up with it. We have had no refund. The receptionist refused to let us shower in the communal shower after saying the day before that we could before parting for a long haul flight. If you value respect, cleanliness and basic health and safety regulations I would strongly advise you do not stay at the hotel.
