She gave us precious advice for everything. She recommended an amazing spa and personally brought us a backpack that we had forgotten in the facility with a driver. She saved us. She responds to any need at any time. The most beautiful place I have ever slept in all of Asia. Spotlessly clean rooms. Top shower. Fabulous pool. 3 minutes from the center of Hoi An. Fantastic. A facility that I will always carry in my heart... in addition to Lien

Wonderful location, and welcome ! Fabulous pool, large room with lovely linen. I loved the bathroom set up - with shower and toilet completely separate. Breakfast had a good selection of options, with fruit every day. Very relaxing space and only 10 minutes by into the town. Ask for their restaurant recommendations .. they're fabulous!

Kim was very helpful, nothing was to big. She helped us complete our requested activities within the short period of time we had in Hoi an. The hotel was so cute ! The rooms were spacious, the shower was lush !!! And the bed was comfy enough. Everything was clean and the staff were really friendly/helpful.

Only thing I didn't like was,the wash basin in room was clogged and water was logging.

Person at reception was really very good.She followed up with from the time of booking.She have offered Pickup and Drop from Da Nang airport which was very hassle free,no need to wait for anything,the pickup vehicle came way before and waited for us.Rooms were very clean and spacious and had a seperate dgardem for River view and a swimming pool. Even they give free cycles,so that you can roam around in Hoi An as Hoi An is small town and you can get to all locations within a short time on cycle,so it was a great experience and saved our money on cabs to roam around.Also the room price is very cheap and the services provided is exceptional. Will definitely recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

lovely spot. me and my girlfriend had a great time. the staff is super friendly and helpful +the rooms were nice and clean. it is a bit outside of the main hoi an area, but the hotel offers free bicycles which are great for getting around. So you can not only go the main old town, but also exploring other areas of hoi an.

The hotel was making some reparation (i guess) so there was a lot of really loud noises just next to our room or in the lobby while we were taking our breakfast ...

The hotel is beautiful and the room we had was cute. The owner was very nice too. The free bike rental was quite helpful to go to the beach and explore the rice fields.

The location was amazing, very central to everything! The bed were super comfy and the rooms very homely! The host was very kind and friendly and went out of her way to help me, she even assisted me with looking for a house to rent as that was one of the reasons I was there. I loved that the bicycles were free to use!

Lien and her team of friendly ladies couldn't do enough for us from the beginning, carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room and on our early morning departure making sure we had a breakfast to go! The pool was lovely and refreshing, bicycle hire for free, a short walk to shops and restaurants nearby or you can ride the bike into Old Town in minutes. The villas are perfectly positioned between Old Town and the beach. The yummy breakfast provided was a great start to the day...our favourite was the banana pancakes!
