Lovely location in the old quarter. The staff were super helpful with everything. From visa support to making the stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend. Kathy was a great support, she even helped with our dietary requirements while dining out.

This place exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. The staff made all the difference—especially Kathy, who was wonderfully thoughtful and supportive. She helped organize my trips to both Sapa and Ha Long Bay, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I had a fantastic stay — the room was stylish, comfortable, and ideally located in the heart of the city. The team was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. A special mention to Kathy, who was not only warm and friendly but also went out of her way to arrange my transfers to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Truly exceptional service.

Besutiful clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful 24/7. Delicious buffet breakfast. Excellent location in old quarter. Book here you wont be dissatisfied!

Due to being in the old quarter, some rooms dont have windows but it is still beautiful.

I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Hanoi and this was by far the best! I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality of the room and the bathroom as this hotel was marketed as a boutique hotel by Booking.com. The staff in special were so cute and attentive. Would defo recommend - it’s such good value for money.

Everything was perfect, the room but overall the staff. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. We were very touched by the care they put into making our stay at the hotel and in Hanoi special.

Everything was perfect - The hotel is located in a great location, the staff went above and beyond and the room was truly amazing. I wish that I could stay longer. A gem in the middle of the old quarter. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful rooms, hotel was very clean. Staff went above and beyond providing late check out and our laundry was done. Great location, 5 min walk from train street.

You can hear traffic all night beeping their bike horns which disrupted my sleep.

This hotel was perfect! Really good location, beautiful facilities, and extremely helpful and polite staff. Very clean room. If you are searching for a hotel in Hanoi, this is absolutely it! Totally recommend it!

The property is clean and is in a great location. Close to all the places to visit. And the staff are very welcoming and warm. They would even go the distance by sending recommendations for local food places and even provide tour to your liking
