A bit tough because no elevator, but the staff would help you. Under and around my bed was very dirty, filled with trash and dusty. This is the only thing I did not like . However the staff attended to it the best they could.

Lovely staff, very nice and friendly. The breakfast is nice, the bed is very spacious. There is a nice balcony with an outdoor shower that was convenient .

On one of the day, they repaired something in the toilet, but my room ended up wet because the pipe from the a/c in my room leaks. The breakfast is only toast and bit of cereal.

There is a very odd smell in the front street of the hostel which makes hanging out on the 1st floor very hard.

Location is fabulous, just around the corner of the lake. The beds come with a privacy curtain and there are lockers with keys so you can ensure your valuables will be safe. Easy to find, easy check in, all good.

Communication with the staff was weird at times. The youngest receptionist has attitude issues and is not very efficient. She can get angry and just ignore you and go away while you talk to her. The cleaning lady is grumpy, but seems to be running the show, so if you have any requests.you should translate it on your phone and go directly to her, otherwise things may not get done if the youngest staff is at the reception. Most lockers in the dorm are out of order. Not all bed lamps are functioning. .

Clean and comfy hostel with 3 common areas to relax. It has a modern interior, dormitory has large beds, and is really clean.

super Comfy bed, quite spacious quiet. Wish the bed was set closer next to the wall to avoid dropping stuff on floor, Clean toilet & bathroom, limited breakfast but nevermind. Very economical stay to crash for a night sleep & shower. Friendly & helpful staff, easy late check-in with key code. Overall satisfied, will come back next time.

Generally, I like the facilities, but what I don't like is the irresponsible guests. During my stay on the third floor, I was really disgusted by them because they left feces in the toilet bowl and didn't even flush.

It was near the drop-off point for Bus 86, close to beer street, souvenir shops, and more. The location is very accessible. Might book again when I go back to Hanoi.

Clean room and bed, aircon was working like crazy when I stepped in but you can control it. People at the reception are helpful, there's lift and a rooftop terrace.

The bathrooms was not the cleanest due to some drainage problems in the shower. The breakfast was very limited, only loaf toast and orange jam.

The location was amazing, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The receptionist was very nice, and spoke great english. The room was clean and spacious, with great ac.
