Lovely and clean hotel, we had a fantastic holiday! breakfast buffet was above expectations, great location not far in airport, and just cross to the beach, friendly staff always helping you. I wish we can stay longer. Highly recommended.

Location is strategic and right in front of beach by crossing a road. There is on-going construction on next door and yet hotel prepares the ear buds for us but we didnt even use it.

Construction all over around the hotel, it was very noisy and loud! Hotel itself is getting tired too, it must be one of the first hotels in Da Nang.

The staff were really amazing, they let us store luggage but with access to it. We were able to spend an afternoon on the beach, but come back and have showers with towels provided. It was overall such a lovely hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Noise from building site next door.

Location was great. Beach view. Price great value. Easy access to all sightseeing spots with Grab taxis. Rooftop pool and bar excellent facilities. Buffet breakfast best I’ve experienced. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was such a treat. It's close to so many attractions and right on the beach. The staff truly go out of their way to make your stay amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. If you're looking for a stay that exceeds expectations and offers a relaxing holiday, this is the one.

Nothing really. Only the construction next door but again, it is not the HAIAN’s fault.

Everything from the beginning of my stay until the end of my stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff, the breakfast, the comfort of the room, and the facilities…as well as the location was top notch. The only negative was the construction next door but if you are familiar with Vietnam, there is ALWAYS construction. This is not the HAIAN’s fault. We stayed two different occasions within a month and have found it to bet one of the best choices we made while staying in Danang. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was the best vacation I've ever experienced. I've been to many places, but the room, location, beach, amenities, buffet... everything was as good as can be. Special thanks to Lindsey for making our trip to the airport so convenient.

Our room didn’t have a a view due to construction building next to us. Didn’t bother us too much though as they covered it with a sticker!

The staff are all lovely here and so helpful. The rooftop pool was great and the views were so nice from above and the beach is just across the road and they provide beach and pool towels. The breakfast had a good variety and it was satisfying for us. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were so clean every day. It was perfect for us for 3 nights.

Only thing I would have liked to see was a bigger and more capable gym area. Plus the rooftop pool can get very very busy.

HAIAN Beach hotel and Spa is in fantastic proximity to everything Da Nang has to offer and boasts stunning beach views from both the rooftop infinity pool and the hotel room. Everything was very clean and maintained and staff were very friendly! Also tried out the restaurant on level 3 and was absolutely delicious with a very reasonable price.
