We heard from some guests that the construction next door is noisy on one side of the building. Wasn’t a big issue for us, but be warned if you’re looking for a sleepy holiday that could be an issue. They supply free ear plugs tho, so I wouldn’t stress!

Absolutely perfect! The location, the rooftop pool, the staff and service. The breakfast buffet is as good as you could ever hope. Highly highly recommend staying here.

Can't fault it!

Amazing stay right from being picked up at the airport through to checkout! We booked 5 nights in Da Nang at Haian Beach Hotel and were picked up by what has to be the most comfortable transfer van in Vietnam! Greeted warmly at reception by staff with a delicious lemon iced tea, this was the perfect start to an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic - spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable with a great view out over the bay! And such a comfortable bed! But the standout for us was the daily breakfast included in the stay. This was definitely the most variety and best tasting of all our stays in Vietnam- didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and organized a takeaway breakfast for our early checkout on the last morning. Couldn't recommend this hotel any higher!

Amazing breakfast setup with a very wide variety. The beach was very close, literally across a street and vibey promenade. Plenty of eateries and shops in the area and less than 10 minutes away from the airport.

Great location. Lots of options at buffet breakfast. Staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable and arranged last minute driver to take us to BaNa Hills. Room was very spacious and great views over the beach. From our corner suite we could not hear the construction from the other side of the building.

This is my second stay in the hotel. The room facility is new and clean. The staff is very helpful especially Lindsey, thanks for her arrangement. Will stay in Haian again when visit Da nang again. If you plan to surfing in Dan nang, it is good location, next the beach.

Lovely and clean hotel, we had a fantastic holiday! breakfast buffet was above expectations, great location not far in airport, and just cross to the beach, friendly staff always helping you. I wish we can stay longer. Highly recommended.

Construction all over around the hotel, it was very noisy and loud! Hotel itself is getting tired too, it must be one of the first hotels in Da Nang.

The staff were really amazing, they let us store luggage but with access to it. We were able to spend an afternoon on the beach, but come back and have showers with towels provided. It was overall such a lovely hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Noise from building site next door.

Location was great. Beach view. Price great value. Easy access to all sightseeing spots with Grab taxis. Rooftop pool and bar excellent facilities. Buffet breakfast best I’ve experienced. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
