The gym facilities were just ok. The elevator sometimes took a while.

The staff were so lovely and accomodating - they helped us with reservations and were very friendly every time we came in. The location is very handy - just a short walk or Grab to the places we wanted to see. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We didn't have any issues with noise from outside or other guests. Breakfast had many options and overall was pretty decent.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The location is excellent just a short walk to the Old Quarter and major attractions, yet the hotel itself is tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. My room was spotlessly clean well-appointed and surprisingly quiet, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days of exploring. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Loved the shower !!!

The room only provides two free bottles of bottled water. When I called the front desk to ask if I could get more bottled water, I was told to go to the first floor to get some. I'm not sure if I heard it right, but that's not my impression. There was definitely no free bottled water. As a four-star hotel, this is not a good thing for customers. I hope they can provide more free bottled water, and limit the number, such as six bottles, which is acceptable.

Convenient location right in the heart and thick of things in old quarter but surprisingly sound insulated once inside hotel room it wasn’t noisy at all The 2 things that I can give a heads up pn, beds are firm.. so keep that in mind . Second the room I was in the shower caulking on the door was falling off so water would leak a little

Extremely friendly staff. Charged us fairly for arriving at 6am and relieved that room was made available after overnight flight. Beautifully clean with friendly staff. Any issues addressed immediately. Unbelievable location, central yet not noisy.

The walls probably need sound proofing. We had a family in the room next to us and we could hear everything that they said.

Great location. Spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast options. The staff were exceptional. Jenny and Justin were very helpful anf my communication with Jenny prior to arrival was great. I was ill during our stay and they were very concerned. One staff member I met in the lift bought me hot ginger tea ☺️🙏

Slightly noisy but did not bother us too much. Just getting over jet lag!

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Would recommend, although our room was rather small. I did see others and they did look bigger/better so maybe I should have upgraded. The breakfast was excellent and everything, including the eggs, were freshly prepared.

The only thing I dislike is their balcony. Very small mini balcony. Maybe it’s the building design which can’t be help.

We were welcome by a group of passionate people working in the hotel. The location is terrific! Right in the center of old quarter with lots of bars food options available. We stayed for only one night then proceeded to with Halong bay cruise, the hotel even provided us with complimentary luggage storage despite we are staying another nearby Airbnb. Very thoughtful of them.

Langauge is challenging. Perhaps if staff could use an app like google translate - that would make it easier for everyone.
