Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

To exchange money, you should go to a gold shop because it doesn't cost much in exchange fees. Because I didn't have much time to exchange money so I exchanged it at the hotel. However, there was an exchange fee because they were a hotel, not a bank or a gold shop. Tourists should be aware of this and understand it.
Friendly staff, near the train station, train street, old quater, gold shop to exchange money... very convenient

That my stay was short haha.
I have been to all around the world, but never experienced such a lovely treatment as here in Hanoi Aria Central Hotel. The staff, family, is absolutely lovely and ALWAYS there for you. The room was always clean. In the morning you were welcomed with a little snack and water...and warm greetings from all the staff. We checked out early and there was no problem with it and we also get a ride to airport. As I am saying, this has to be the best stay I have ever had in the world.

We had a family room that was really two separate rooms each with bathrooms - we were very happy for the extra space and privacy. Staff was very friendly too.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Great location just a short walk from Hanoi Railway Station and the Old Quarter, with plenty of local eateries and street cafés nearby.

This hotel is just great. The staff is lovely - incredibly kind, going out of their way to make sure we feel well and welcome. It's also very tidy, one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. Comfy beds that you can enjoy, high quality materials. Recommended!

The wifi here sometimes kinda weeek. I bought their sim card and get so strong 4g for a month
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. No breakfast included but there's many places to eat around the hotel. I also prefer eat-out and a food-a-holic so this is perfect for me. The location is great, close to popular attractions and convenient for getting around. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Totally deserving of a 10/10! Coming back in a sec !!!

What an amazing HOTEL . Clean, well-run and super easy to book tours through. We booked the NINH BINH day tour and HA LONG BAY. Both superbly run, good value for money, and so easy to meet others. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the included daily breakfast is a nice touch.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool – overall, a very comfortable stay. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but that's really not a problem because there are tons of food options right outside. The moment you step out the door, you’ll find delicious local dishes like pho, banh mi, and banh cuon. The location is also super convenient – very close to Hanoi Train Station and surrounded by lots of cute cafes. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to again!
