Couldn't stay longer! Hotel down the street for same price was so crappy in comparison

Great location in the Old Quarter. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked multiple transfers through Anthony at the front desk and couldn’t be happier with the service, price and convenience

Lovely small hotel, in the shopping streets, with Water Puppet Theatre and Ho Hoan Kiem lake close by. Staff are very friendly, especially the lovely Ann and Roger on reception who were very helpful and accommodating, especially with our early arrival and late departure. Nice breakfast with hot and cold options. Roof top bar with views of the lake. Hotel organised our airport transfers and transport to Ha Long Bay for a reasonable price and always on time. Would definitely stay here again.

Not major problems, but for awareness, some of the rooms have windows that only look inwards and the bathroom shower door sometimes refuses to stay fully closed

More attention to the hygiene aspect would place this hotel among the top ones in Hanoi!

Great breakfast and great location

Randomly another guest wanted to go for a jog at 5am but was unable to get out of the 5th floor without passing through our room. The staff disturbed us for this by phoning us. I explained they should not disturb us in the middle of the night unless it's urgent but this seemed to go over their heads.

Location, very friendly and helpful staff on the check in desk and in the breakfast room. Even dealt with a rogue insect in my daughter's room. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Not easy to find on the street. No obvious signage, we walked past it twice.

One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its excellent location – just steps away from the famous Hoàn Kiếm Lake, close to many major attractions, vibrant streets, and popular shopping areas. The breakfast service was also a highlight. In addition to a well-stocked buffet, guests can order freshly prepared dishes from an à la carte menu, which adds a nice touch of quality and variety. A special mention must go to Anthony at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional, assisting me with various issues during my stay. His willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. In fact, the entire staff demonstrated the same remarkable helpfulness, dedication, and genuine kindness, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

If I were to note one minor drawback, it would be that the rooms themselves are quite old and average in design, and due to the narrow structure of the building, our window looked out into an internal corridor rather than the street.

The location is good within walking distance to most attractions. All the staff are wonderful and cannot do enough to help and make your stay comfortable

Great location, excellent staff! Especially Roger, so friendly, helpful and attentive. So ask was too big. We needed some extra towels and they were dropped up instantly (at midnight!)

My stay at Bella Premier Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and neatly arranged. Considering its price, the service is excellent and the location is extremely convenient — truly outstanding! All the staff are friendly and very helpful, and they deserve all the appreciation. Special thanks to Mr. Roger at the reception for his great professionalism and constant smile, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A truly memorable experience, and I look forward to coming back again.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. What made the experience truly stand out, however, was the outstanding service at the reception. A special thanks to Anthony and Roger, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and enjoyable. They were not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing great local tips, or simply greeting guests with warmth, they set the tone for a five-star experience. Thanks again to the entire team—and especially Anthony and Roger—for making my time in Hanoi so memorable. I will definitely be back!

The location is perfect. It's closed to everything. Anthony, David, Roger and staff are excellent. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back and stay at Bella Premier hotel next time we visit Ha Noi.

Poor

Everything was as advertised. Breakfast was the best we'd had during 12 days in Vietnam, except for a USD 150/night hotel in Saigon. We had an internal room (no view) but it was off-street and therefore quiet. Aircon & bathroom ventilation was great for drying clothes. Concierge & staff were attentive and spent time to explain the hotel & neighborhood.

Cleanliness/presentation was the best that can be achieved in an older hotel with older grout & sealant in the shower.

Clean comfortable and the staff excellent. I would stay here again.
