However, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with not enough plates, spoons, or other essentials for cooking. Also, there was no chair or table to sit and eat or work comfortably.

LThe location was great. The room was clean, and everything worked well — including the toilet, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

It didn’t have enough cups or utensils for all the guests, and there were no tables or chairs for seated dining. Since there is no front desk, it’s important to reach out to the host ahead of time or ensure you have mobile data at check-in to get in touch. The hosts are prompt and responsive.

I loved Ha's reception. We arrive late and everything was closed but she was so lovely and brought us food at 2am, amazing! The owner of the hotel always answers super fast and the communication was very clear. Also I forgot about some thing in Hanoi and they send them to me in Ho Cho Min, amazing 🥹

The apartment was modern and new, had good facilities. The room was clean. Had good AC and a smart TV. Tony was great at communicating before we arrived to tell us how to access the property as it’s down a lane way.

We booked twice at Ben's! The location is outside of old quarter; not so touristy. We appreciated the comfy bed; the space, drinking water tap, the balcony (though some have no view) and the possibility to ise the wash machine.

The room showed a balcony on the photos but it was really a dark room that had a small hole for some natural light. There is almost no natural light in lots of the accomodation so it can be disoreinting when you wake up and its still pitch black.

Nice facilities and very helpful staff. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the bathroom was nice.

This bnb is in the French quarter is quite hidden you have to take a little road to get in, but communication via WhatsApp with the host was great. The rooms are spacious there is a kitchen and full fridge if you have to stay long its a good accommodation, there are balcony’s they are very cute but as the building is very close to the next one the light doesn’t come in if you stay in the first floors mind that. Our stay was nice the host responded to our request positively and quickly recommend the stay!

Recently refurbished to decent quality. Felt like brand new to be honest. Perfectly located a walking distance or short Grab ride from central Hanoi. Quiet street off a busier road and also had a balcony which was comfy to sit at whilst preparing for the day.

We liked the quiet and nicely furnished appartment, beds were comfortable, we also appreciated the balcony and air condition/heating. Despite challenges in communication, stuff was helpful with our very early check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ben's apartment. It's in a relatively quiet area and is very accessible on foot. There are a lot of street food vendors, cafes, and restaurants nearby and the city centre is at a walking distance. The room had everything we needed: comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water, and a bathroom and small kitchen which were well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted my parents who travelled separately by arranging airport taxi services and making sure they arrived safely at the apartment and departed on time to the airport upon check out. They were easily contactable and were always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Ben's apartment especially to those travelling in a group or with family.
