Only that we didn't book Bliss hotel first. Our first choice was disappointing so we moved to Bliss.

Very clean and well presented property. The staff were very helpful and very happy to assist with airport taxi and restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect. In the middle old quayer with everything local. We would 100% recommend stying here. Great price. Great place. We will return to Hanoi for 3 nights later this month and definitely book Bliss.

The location was a little strange in that it seemed to be surrounded by metal workshops, so some unpleasant noises and smells during the day, but really didn’t bother us too much at all. Having said that the location was excellent for getting around old town.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which was a bonus after a long journey and a late arrival. The room was big and comfortable, with a huge balcony/terrace which was perfect for a relaxing evening. Bed was comfy. Not more to ask for at the price.

Fantastic staff! They were very responsive before and during our stay and it was easy to communicate with them as they are well-versed in English. The rooms look new and are very clean. The location is also relatively far from very busy, noisy streets. Walking distance to the night market.

It was frustrating that we couldn't pay by card for our stay and they said there was a 3% charge to use card but then their card machine wasn't working. At the end of our stay we paid by card for mini bar things without any charge and it was all fine?

Great property with beautiful decor. Great central location, yet did not feel as touristy as the other side of the old quarter. Many great local food places and massage near by. Would definitely stay again.

Relatively new hotel, room spotlessly cleaned daily, hot water/ shower was great, super comfortable bed and most of all great employees from cleaning to front desk, that were very friendly, helpful with recommendations and making sure I was satisfied.
