The Employees where playing loud games on their phones most of the time and the Showers could be cleaner.

The Beds where comfortable and provided privacy. The breakfast on the rooftop was nice.

This hostel is very well situated and everything's close. The capsules are quite spacious and relatively private and the mattress is comfortable. There's an AC in the rooms and each capsule has a small fan. Great for staying for 2 nights while exploring the city.

Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner

Comfortable and inexpensive, price even includes breakfast . The staff were so helpful when I was having issues with booking a bus, I’m very grateful

WC+ Bath room is not very clean

I stayed at many other hostel in this area, but this place makes me feel the most comfortable, convenient and safe. Full towels, water, shower gel, shampoo. Clean and not noisy.. Guests and staff are very polite. I came back here many times.

Not so clean bathrooms, most smelled pea. Tiny paper bins so they were always full and wet. Loose toilet seats. Some night phone talkers. The capsules are not really insulated, instead the little privacy is given just by a roller blind at the long side of the bed.

It was a spacious sort of capsule for two, the lower one. Clean sheets and pillows. It had a couple shelves, lamp and a mini-fan. Fun view over the street from the bed. Location is great, just at the edge of the old quarter. Few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and ATM. Late night food available around the building. 4 minute walk to Dong Xuan Market, a great place to walk and find some bargains. Decent breakfast buffet with tea, coffee, fruits, eggs, (meeeh) pancakes, and (meeeh) bread.

Bathrooms clean but in need of renovation and floor is always wet as every bathroom with toilet is a wet room with shower too.

Heavy blanket. And if you close curtain for sleeping or private, it's little hot bc air conditioning can't blow to your bed

Showers/bathrooms were overall relatively clean but with a hostel it is hard to keep up with sometimes.

The wets rooms could be a bit cleaner - definitely bring shower shoes.

The staff were really helpful at booking trips, transfers, etc. I found the double bed comfortable; I was sharing with my boyfriend and there was plenty of room. You get clean towels everyday and communal shampoo / shower gel. We used the laundry service and the washing came back within a couple of hours all clean, smelling lovely. We were there for 4 nights with a group of us and we all found that was enough time. Anymore time would have been a bit too much in my opinion. The breakfast is basic.

The bathrooms were not very clean, breakfast was very average but considering the price happy it is included.

Beds are exactly as pictured, they offer free baggage hold all day, you get a secure locker that holds two suitcases in your bunk so have your luggage on you at all times, beds are double so you don’t have to pay for two beds if you are in a couple.

Toilet is quite small and it will be great if bathroom and bathroom are separated. And needs to pay attention on toilet cleaning a little bit. But Not all the times is dirty. Overall, not bad.

A bit too loud lobby zone and minimalistic upstairs. Also ‘give away box’🗃️ needs to be - place where everyone can leave things he/she doesn’t need anymore and take what they like for free, swap station♻️

The bathrooms are wet rooms so the toilet seat was permanently completely soaked. They smelt a bit bad and frequently had pee on the seat too. But that doesn’t really compare to all the good things.

The bedrooms were clean, air conditioned, and having the capsules mean you feel you have your own private space. You have lockers for your things and as a female traveller (not solo) I felt safe here. The staff are friendly and helped us to book transport to other cities, and tours. Even when we returned to Hanoi, they helped us even though we weren’t staying another night. The breakfast was filling, and the laundry service was efficient and affordable. Thank you so much!

The room lacks some ventilation. The bathrooms are outside. And the breakfast place is outdoors, covered, but it is very hot.

The rooms are super spacious, double beds, clean, good lighting and privacy... the staff also changed my room right away when I asked them to do it. It's in a good location near the old quarter... you can easily walk there. The bathrooms were outside
