Clean and easy, breakfast was good

I would say overall pretty decent

The coffe it was terrible bad like to much water a no taste like coffe at all

Very good breakfast ! The bed is very confy, they give towel. Location is nice, very chill hostel

the beds were really comfy and quite private as they have curtains. good storage too! the free breakfast is also really nice

upon arriving both my partner and i and another guest were given keys to beds that weren’t changed, either there was someone still using said beds or they hadn’t been cleaned yet. the room was also filled with men, which made me feel uncomfortable, and it disgustingly messy. luckily we were able to change rooms. the bathrooms need to have their door locks repaired because every single time i went to use the bathroom the locks got stuck and i had to call my partner for help. on multiple occasions in the morning instead of tidying and cleaning the beds after people checked out, the staff would literally lay in the bed and have a gossip, have phone calls, sing and listen to music. at one point i think there was 4-5 staff in the bed next to mine. i have absolutely nothing against staff talking, taking a break and stuff, however please don’t do it in the rooms especially when others are trying to sleep!! so so inconsiderate, especially after a long day of travelling and you just want to have a bit of a rest in the morning.

The Beds where comfortable and provided privacy. The breakfast on the rooftop was nice.

The Employees where playing loud games on their phones most of the time and the Showers could be cleaner.

Fantastic value for money, stayed 2 nights at this hostel and would return! Location is great. Staff are very good, Linh at reception was especially helpful at helping me arrange transport to Ha Giang from the hostel, thank you!

Staff was helpful in arranging my taxi to the hostel and paid for it since I didn't have VND.

This hostel is very well situated and everything's close. The capsules are quite spacious and relatively private and the mattress is comfortable. There's an AC in the rooms and each capsule has a small fan. Great for staying for 2 nights while exploring the city.

Everything was the best quality for the price. They are very organized and the facilities were very clean and tidy. The best was the bed, it was comfortable and big, we were 2, so the bed for the couple is just perfect. Despite of all the people that use the shared bathroom, it was always very clean. They also have air dryer in the reception if you ask for it.

Comfortable and inexpensive, price even includes breakfast . The staff were so helpful when I was having issues with booking a bus, I’m very grateful
