The air conditioning was not good. I didn’t sleep well because I was too hot. Either air conditioner needs upgrading or put a portable fan in the room, it would definitely help.

All staff were friendly and polite. In fact, they were the best staff we had during our holiday to Vietnam. Happy to talk to us and greeted us every time we entered or left. The location was fantastic. Room was pretty good for the price we paid. Bathroom was a bit weird, don’t take anything in the bathroom with you when you have a shower or it will get wet.

This hotel is excellent and one of the best we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam. The room was clean and spacious for a city hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, especially Anh who was a great person and wanted to provide the best experience for his guests. A great location and a great price. 10/10

I don’t think I have ever met a more helpful staff. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. The location is also very central so it’s easy to get anywhere within the old quarter. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also booked my day trips with them.

Only thing is u can only access the lift after a few stairs but staff is super helpful with your luggage so that’s no problem!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks especially to the amazing receptionist Anh. He went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I needed to ship my suitcase, and Anh took care of everything for me so I didn’t have to worry at all. He was always so kind and patient, and also gave me great recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore. Thank you so much, Anh!

I think that maybe because of the early check in the cleaning staff did it quickly so there was little bit of hair they missed on the floor of the toilet and like there was little stains on the bed sheets…

The bed was great and comfortable the balcony and the total environment of the room was great, had everything needed, the staff was very polite and nice they opened the door when I arrived it was very pleasant and professional. overall I loved and very happy from the place and will return again

Great location, beautiful interiors- hotel is clearly brand new. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice during our travels in Vietnam and would definitely come back again! :)

The staff went above and beyond and were so attentive. They were just so lovely and helpful I will stay here again next time I visit Hanoi without a doubt. They managed to get us a cot for our daughter which was massively helpful as well as allowing us to leave our pram in the lobby to not take up space in our room.

One night stay. In great spot. Bathroom was older, but for one night it was sufficient enough. Great price. They let us keep our backpacks there after check out till later. Would recommend.

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the bathtub. It was a removable type and felt quite slippery when wet, which could be a safety concern. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The location is definitely one of the highlights—everything we needed was either within walking distance or just a short ride away. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which really added to the overall positive vibe. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in a prime spot with great service.

Pictures don't really match with reality, room was smaller than expected but rooms are refurnished, clean and comfortable anyway.

Very comfortable bed. We just stayed for one night so that was all we needed. Staff really nice and helpful as they assist us on booking a taxi ride to the airport. Well located.

Bathroom had not been refurbished but was generally fine for 1 night.

Nice little hotel in the old quarter with refurbished rooms. Good location& excellent staff. Good value for money.
