The lady owner was very friendly and helpful—she even booked our ride to the airport at a cheaper rate than Grab. The property is just a few minutes’ walk to Train Street and about 11–15 minutes to the Night Market and Dong Xuan. We had a spacious room on the 7th floor with a very comfortable bed. Definitely got more value than what I paid for. I would gladly stay here again!

Our experience was good as the hotel owner was helpful receptionist give us room and saying ac is working wait for 30 min but after 1 hr ac is not working then I call owner and told him he give new room that was on 8th floor but lift goes till 7th floor but it's ok because we sleep well because of cold room. The issue was that the pillow was so hard and very thick. Please change it. The receptionist every morning and evening told us the same thing you got a cheap room you got a cheap room give only water and said ahhh you got a cheap room but i give you water. She is sweet and always smiles on her face but every time said same thing is not good. Can't tell you about the location as we did 2 day tour ha long Bay and ninh binh so can't explore the location But yes very near to the beer street. We go there at night train was coming at 9.25 Owner was helpful late night also support us in bookings exchange dollars Thank t for that room was good clean and properly cool.

The best of this hostel is Nhan, the receptionist. She was very kind, lovely and super cozy. It’s a great place to visit if you go to Hanoi.

The building itself is a bit old. There is not a lot of space outside the room.

It's a quiet, safe area close to the old quarter. The room was quite large and the owner was helpful and friendly. The room was also dark and quiet, in a secluded alley. Also close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Furnature had some stains on it but no big deal. The bed sheet had some stains on it but I was so tired after I arrived I did not say anything about it. However, I'm sure the sheets would have been changed had I asked

The woman at the reception is the sweetest! The room was amazing and really big. Hot showers and you have everything you need. Amazing what you get for the price. I arrived at night and left in the middle of the night and this was no problem. Rooms look better in real life then on the photo's

I warmly thank the owner of the hotel, Nhan LEE — she is lovely and very attentive. She waited for us very late to check us in, booked a taxi for us to get to the airport (cheaper than Grab), gave us great advice on where to eat, and did everything to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay. The rooms are spacious, quiet, pleasant, and clean. We highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!

One of the beautiful and comfortable property i have stayed and definitely recommended for family and friends, the owner of the property is very polite and helpful also the property is near to the market and most of the tourist attractions are walkable distance. There was a bad smell that came from the bathroom when the water was running, but this has happened to me a lot across southeast asia so it didn’t bother me much.

Good location (5 mins walk from train street) good price, good size room, air conditioning. The best part was the receptionist, she one of the loveliest people I have ever met.

The hotel is fairly basic, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Great location for exploring the old quarter. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely consider staying here again next time I travel to Hanoi

The room was slightly dusty.

The location was really good. walking distance to everywhere important like the train street and a whole lot of cafes and the old quarter. the hostess Ms Ngan Lee was very warm and constantly asked us how we were doing and what we needed. She cooked traditional Vietnamese dishes for us during Tet when she was concerned that no where would be open and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including asking if we needed extra blankets. Super value for money for a super spacious room.
