The hotel is in a very central area (in one of the streets with lots of bars and restaurants), but from my room I could here no noise at all and I could sleep very well. For this reason, I decided to extend my stay of 1 night! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Location is great, close to everything you need down a side street too so still quiet enough for a good night sleep. 24/7 check in was great for us as we had a late check in after a bus. Room was very clean, had a big window letting in light which (is quite rare in Hanoi), comfy beds and good shower. Recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay :)

I like their staff. The one who bring our bags to the other hotel when our room is not available yet due to one of their guest's kid got sick. This boy is really accommodating he understand english. He may not speak normally but he's one of the best person i have spoken with in Hanoi.
