Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Appreciate the quiet room they gave me as being on a business trip needed to relax after work. Very good breakfast. The location is super. Definitely recommending this hotel!

The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was delicious and the menu changed every day, which was very satisfying. Above all, the location was great.

Very lovely and helpful staffs! We were warmly welcome by Quinn and Dave when we first entered the hotel. Were served with watermelon juice as welcome drink. Quinn showed us to our rooms while the bellboy sent our luggages over. While we were outside the hotel waiting for our grab, Dave who's suppose to be off-work took time to stayed with us to ensure we got on the grab safely meanwhile recommending local delicacies. Kate also went all the way out to escort us to a massage parlour that is still open at late night as the hotel's was closed. Really enjoyed the stay due to the passionate staff of the hotel!

Super good hotel. The entire staff is very accommodating especially Celine & Quinn at the reception are super friendly and helpful. They offered early check-in and late check-out. They even allowed free breakfast during the check-in. The rooms are big and clean. I surely recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

We checked in very late and the night receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is really clean and as described.

Place was clean and location was very convenient to nearby shopping areas and food! Best part was the receptionist (Quinn) explaining to us about nearby tourist attractions, places we could go to shop, food and coffee options we should try during our stay in Hanoi. The team at the hotel was exceptional they left a lasting experience for us during our stay. They were insightful and very helpful, on the last day the team sent us off to our car for the airport. Staff greets us, open the door for us and bring us to the room. There is even a welcome drink upon arrival. The room is clean and towels are nicely wrapped in a nice ribbon. Breakfast options were amazing too! Loads of live station food and variety of cuisine to choose from. Huge thanks to the team who helped us out a lot during our stay at the hotel, though a short 1 night but definitely left a big impression on me. Thank you so much Dave, Celine, Quinn and Tom! Would come back for another stay at the hotel soon.

Nothing at all! Was only hard to figure out the showering as there were 3 options but does not affect my experience at the hotel in any way.

hote is located in very good location but more than location is about service and hospitality of staff in hotel They are very nice and good service so, i think they are the best service mind hotel in Hanoi

Rain shower is made from copper so, it is difficult to touch it if you use hot water.

Room is little bit small and washbasin is not inside bathroom instead it is in room.

What a great property to stay at. Handy to everything, really comfortable beds, A+ staff, who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome…we absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend
