Great location in the middle of Old Town, very close to Beer street, 5-10 min distance to lake. We booked via booking.com, it was cheaper than in person. We got room above the reception, we were afraid of that room, because wintow was just to reception area, but on the end of the day it was very good room. Good TV, with Netflix, large space. We booked trip to Ha Long bay right on desk next to reception.

Room was spacious with a nice balcony. Comfortable and we appreciated the mini bar. The hotel is well located in the old quarter and a quieter street. We were able to check in later around 1am and the hotel was able to send a car to pick us up at the airport. Staff were very friendly.

When I paid for the room, taxes were included twice in the bill. I asked for a recount and it was done correctly. I don't think it was on purpose, but it wasn't pleasant. Be careful

A pleasant hotel. There were two beds in the room. They're big enough. The bathroom is clean and pleasant. The hostel is located in the old center - it's quite noisy here. You can hear music from the next bar in the room until 11, plus the ventilation was very noisy. The room is quite dark, but there are two small windows. The staff was very friendly and helped with booking a bus to another city (the extra charge was not large). There is no common space in the hotel

Room doors lock with ordinary keys rather than card keys. But there were survailance cameras on all floors so it felt safe...

We stayed for 5 nights in a room with balcony, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was big, the bed was comfortable, dark curtains help sleep well, staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds in the 6-bed dorm don’t have a wall in-between, so you are sleeping side-by-side with another bunk bed. In my case I was next to someone listening to a phone on loudspeaker which made it hard to sleep. A plywood wall or a divider would improve things there

Its already a bit older but still everything works and was clean. Unfortunatly we did not have a double bed but two extra beds. We put in the reservation that we would prefer a double bed. Probably there was no more free beds as we booked quite last minute. So make sure to book early enough when you prefer a double bed.

Location was great! Rooms were good and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even had a booking office in the hotel and helped us booking our next bus.

The a/c is infront of the bed and when you sleeping is too cold

the room has a big bed and one small double in the floor also has a balcony to see the view of old Hanoi. It is very central in the heart of old Hanoi with a tons of bar cafes and restaurants around. Also the beer street is 50m away. The bathroom had 24hours hot water

Room is a bit dark, apart from that nothing went wrong.

The room was basic but clean and well equipped. Bathroom has an actual shower. Staff was helpful. Very conveniently located, next to the lake and to many restaurants and attractions.
