Primo position. Manager Jackie is a real credit to the industry with a genuine interest in his guests and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. His staff too is exceptional. Katt at reception is a real sweetheart. Other members of staff too like the kichen made us a ready to go breakfast when we had an early tour, looked after our bags, liased with shops to get things delivered, and even transferred their own money thru the bank to a store for me in exchange for cash so I didnt have to walk back to give it to her. All round great experience.

There is room for improvement with the facilities, mainly the mini bar - it either wasn't working or wasn't very powerful, so things stored in there never felt cold. There were also little bugs inside the room (even inside the mini bar), and the cleanliness (especially the bathroom) could have been better. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for the staff and location alone.

This hotel is great for the price - the staff are incredibly friendly and kind, they even got me a cake for my birthday! The breakfast was also delicious, with a good range of options. The location is very central and right by the lake.

The property is recommended, the service staff are pretty well accommodating, the free breakfast has many options to choose from, 24/7 open service desk, room size is reasonable for its price, and the place is very accessible to many tourist spots. Overall, the stay is super awesome! Thank youuu

There was one cockroach in the bathroom but it probably sneaked from outside, it's not that surprising that it can happen no matter how clean the place is. The room has some soundproofing because we could not hear any noise from the outside but it was a bit annoying that a lot of noise could be heard from corridor at 8 am when staff started cleaning the rooms. One morning we had to wait a lot for breakfast, even for the menu and then for ordering. Then waiter forgot order for coffee. Maybe it was just a bad day for the waiter but he seemed very confused.

The room is pretty cosy, we had everything we needed here and it was pretty comfortable. The staff is polite.

The location is perfect, right by the lake and surrounded by restaurants, cafe and bars. The stuffs are friendly and helping especially Miss Mingyue(moon) at reception.

A special thank you to Jackie, the manager and his staff for making sure I enjoyed my stay, everyone is so kind and helpful. Location is perfect, in the buzzing old quarter, but still quiet in the room. À la carte breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options. I would stay here again and totally recommend it to other travelers.

A Fantastic Stay I spent a week at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful! I would like to give a big shout out to Jacki the manager, he was fantastic! Even before my trip he was so friendly and helpful and gave me tips on what to do in Hanoi and the surrounding area. Jacki and his team were so friendly and accommodating the whole time and were always there for me if I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable and safe during my time here and I am very grateful for that. The breakfast was also excellent - with a good selection of à la carte dishes and very attentive, friendly staff. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, so you can easily explore all the sights on foot. However, it's good to know that the area is very lively and therefore noisy. For me, that was part of the authentic experience. Many thanks to Jacki and the entire team for making my stay so wonderful !

The king sized bed was two matraces, with a verry hard ridge in the middle... Maybe a mattress topper could help with that🤷🏼‍♂️

The space is well-maintained and offers a pleasant atmosphere, though the room itself is quite small and may feel a bit confined. Lift can only fit in 3-4 people.

It has been exceptional. The staff really made the difference. So kind, always willing to help, giving amazing advice, and taking amazingly care of us. The location is perfect, close to everything, the rooms are well decorated, very comfortable, breakfast is amazing… we will for sure return to this perfect hotel !!!

The only thing that was not amazing was the size of the room, but again, it is in the heart of the old quarter so it explains it.

I loved this place! I tried different hotels in Hanoi and this was my absolute favorite and the value for money is great. It is located in the heart of the old quarter which is busy, vibrant part of Hanoi. Despite this, my room was very quiet. The room was very small BUT everything else was amazing!! Staff were soo kind and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It even includes a great breakfast with different options!
