I cannot fault this place cleanliness, comfort, location and service was just excellent Close to everything but surprisingly so quiet inside. The service really is a stand out. They go over and above even offering services after checkout after my 2 day tour to ha long bay. I cannot rave enough about the kindness they displayed

The elevator stopped on the 9th floor and I stayed on the 10th but there weren't too many stairs maybe 10 and the staff helped with the bags.Also sink was outside bathroom but not to much hassle because it was a great utilization of space.

It was an excellent stay. The room was clean and spacious for the area. The sound insulation was great I could sleep and not hear too much noise even though it was their national day. I stayed on the 10th floor with a decent size balcony and view ( only down sided the elevator stops on the 9th floor).The night concierge made excellent recommendations. Check in and out was easy and billing was transparent. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety ( it lasted from 6- 10)and the staff was friendly and helpful Dung Nguyen did a great job.

Some minor feedback on food during breakfast buffet - there were small flies hovering around the pastries. Otherwise, all good.

Staff are very accommodating. Before our flight, they gave us free packed food which was very much appreciated as we had to leave at around 4AM.

We stayed on the 10th floor, and on our last evening there the "sky bar" above us had some flooding from heavy rain, which led to a lot of noise as they moved furniture around. When we inquired, the staff immediately relocated us to the 9th floor without any hassle.

We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, and the room is comfortable. It’s a small, no-fuss hotel with wonderful charm.

Everything was great - the location is premium, the breakfast was yummy, and service is superior. I had issue with my AC on the first night and it was solved quickly after reporting. I'll come back again for my next travels to Vietnam.

Maybe a larger choice of fruit at breakfast. Vietnam has such a wide range of fruits so would be nice to have access to the on the menu.

We enjoyed the variation of choice at breakfast Location was perfect for us to experience true Hanoi, with good access for sight seeing. Our room was perfect, quiet, clean and good size. We enjoyed the comfort it provided.

We stayed at Hotel La Siesta Ma May as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Dung, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. Her attention to detail and kindness made a big difference.

The room was quite dark even with all the lights on but I believe it is focused on romantic getaways opposed to business trips so it is suitable depending on what mood you are going for

Pretty much every aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous, professional, and always available. They all speak fluent English if that is important to you. The room was spacious and comfy, and had one of the best showers I've ever used in Hanoi if not Vietnam. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable for the price, large variety with an attention to quality. Highly recommend and will def stay again

A beautiful room but the lighting was a bit dark for me personally when getting ready in the evenings but still stayed again this year. Just a small thing.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi no need for a taxi. This was our second stay. An amazing roof top bar.
