Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The location is great—close to the Old Quarter. The honeymoon room is small, around 20 sqm, but it’s clean. They also provide room arrangements for special occasions like birthdays, and if you choose the honeymoon room, the arrangements are already free. With good breakfast, unlimited choices.

Everything was perfect! The photos are accurate and hotel facade was exceptional. The whole place was great & had a great space for breakfast. I loved the breakfast options, can choose from pho (chicken/beef), toast with poached eggs/scrambled with sausage and bacon, and omelette plus yogurt (the best part!!!!!) i could easily have 2-3 servings of yogurt everyday. The manager Tiep and Staff Minh were very helpful. 5 stars they also helped us with booking our tours to incense village and ninh binh.
