Bed should be more clean, bathroom needs to fix

Staff was nice with the many issues we had with the property. Decent location

Stayed here for a total of 5 nights because it was unfortunately nonrefundable. Water wouldn’t work for a few hours at a time. They don’t accept card even though it says they do online. Rooms were not kept up with at all. Had to change rooms bc there was a horrible stench in the first.

The location was great, right in the old quarter near loads of nice places.

The pictures are very misleading it's nothing like what you see. Room was unclean, dropped something down the bed and had to pull it out was very grim! Old cigarettes lots of dust and a dead bugs. There was cob webs in the room and mould in the bathroom as well. Bed was super uncomfortable as well too the point where it hurts your back, also loud at night but if you're a heavy sleeper this won't bother you.

Wife and I only stayed one night as we had booking arranged elsewhere. Room was quite large for budget room in Hanoi old quarter. Nice views down the street out of room window. Pleasant (if short) stay and would stay here again in future.

- Very helpful staff. - King room: doesn't have a window but that makes it quieter.

- There's no common area to hang out. - King room's bathroom: doesn't have enough space for tall people to comfortably sit on the toilet. Sink is detaching from the wall. Warm water pressure is quite low.

i really like the receptionist very helpful, in helping me booking my grab , and helping my luggage.

I didn't take breakfast there, but there were many aspects which were really good: - Staff was really nice [you need to use a translation app tho, but the man at the reception was really kind] - The room I stayed in was really spacious, really well placed in the old quarter, you have really close at least 2 atms with great conversion rate from where you can withdraw money. - Except for a day when it was a heavy rain and it was a bit noisy, I didn't hear that much noise. - Plenty of natural light - Room was really clean and they provide you with everything you need.

- Wi-fi is decent but in my specific case I needed to find some other places within the city to be able to do some work [if you don't need a lot of bandwidth, is enough though] - I felt a bit pressured to check-out at 8:00 a.m. which was pretty early and my check-in to another place was at 12:00 p.m., but I guess it's just a precautious measure and I could have stayed a bit more in the room, but I didn't want to cause inconveniences so I conformed.

Balcony was really dirty. WiFi was really bad.

The best host we have so far! Super friendly! Helped us with everything! The best in Vietnam Super central in old quarter of Hanoi.

The mattress was not so comfortable. The Wi-Fi in our room could be better also. The terrace door doesn’t have the best acoustic isolation.

The staff were amazing and really helpful!! I was in Vietnam briefly on a visa run going back to Thailand after an accident, the staff helped me book dr appointments and grab rides making my stay less stressful than it had been :)
