Close to everything

I think the room (my room in particular) needs a cleaning. There were flying insects on my bed (see pictures). The air-conditioning is not that even if it's on max! I have to use the electric fan provided, but it's also broken. The bedsheet feels like moist/ wet. No drinking water provided as well.

Very lovely friendly helpful host. Easy walk to all the main attractions. A little bit tired and dated but clean There is a lift, so no carrying of bags to upper floors.

The location is great and isn’t noisy. The room is ok, could be more careful in the floor but is okay for one o two nights. The reception could have some forniture for the towels, roll paper, etc and would be more nicer place. The breakfast is ok, you have one choice. The staff is lovely

The receptionist, Lena, is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the location in the Old Quarter couldn't be better

The staff was really nice, smiley and attentive. They helped me to book taxis when needed and they were trying their best to help me. The location was also very good!

Unfortunately it was not as clean as I expected from the pictures, the bed sheets had some spots of old dirt that cannot be washed (so no fresh dirt but still). The toilet was also not in the best hygienic conditions and there were some little animals coming in sometimes. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing, but generally it was a nice stay I enjoyed also the fact that the hotel was not perfect :)

It was all good for this money. Great location, we also can take the late check out and leave our luggacge in hotel for 2 days.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it was hard to find, the location was central to everything in the Old Quarter.

The photos on Booking com look nothing like the reality. We asked to change rooms due to the mould/soap scum in the bathroom and unclean, dusty room. They gave us the same room on the next floor up that was marginally better. Sheets, towels, fans, room and bathroom need a major upgrade!! Everything is tired, old and cramped. We should have asked to see the room before we paid upfront as we could have stayed in a much cleaner/newer place for the same price. I don't recommend staying here. The reception is piled with stuff and you have to take the lift as the staircase is very narrow.
