Outside is a bit crowded with scooters parked on the pavements.. and really all over the show.... but, this is Hanoi...

Close to Old Quarter and the popular attractions like Beer Street and Train Street, Hoa Kiem Lake etc. Comfortable bed, aircon, mini- fridge, warm water, very basic, but good value for money.

The door to the balcony doesn’t close properly or lock so I didn’t feel very safe at night. The shutters also didn’t open so room is very dark unless the door is open.

There are many stairs to do to get to the rooms , we were on the third floor and the stairs are very narrow just to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage

Great position, the room was spacious and clean. The balcony gave a great sense of freedom and a lot of light in the room. Toilet clean Staff very nice they were able to organise a taxi to the airport for us and late check out very nice

Noisiest room ever, can hear everything in the hotel and outside. Road is very noisy constant horns, shouting, music ect. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly and there was a glass panel missing from one of the vents which lead directly outside. Luckily we had no issues with insects but there was no buffer to the noise.

I wish the doors and windows to the balcony had a better seal. The polluted air from the Hanoi air came into to the room too much/

Great location. Excellent owner/manager. Very helpful with any hotel or room questions and any advice needed such as location of pharmacy, ATM. Arranged a lower price car to go to the airport at midnight.

Room was good size with balcony. The neighborhood is nice residential area, with nice coffee shops around. 5-10 min walk to beer street and lake. Good value for size of room.

the windows were darkened so one had to open to let light in (very warm) or use artificial light. also the windows were not properly closable (the mechanism was half missing), hence on a strong wind blow they would fly open.

Said in the description there was gonna be a fridge but wasn't there. When it was raining loads it was dripping down the stairs from the top floor outside our bedroom

No fridge. Prices for transport seemed high but I'd already booked so I didn't look into it. Not owners fault but construction noise across the road.

Great location near food and minimart and short walk from airport shuttle bus stop. Good balcony. Tours and transport offered immediately on check-in if you want them although I'd already booked them. Spacious bathroom with shampoo, soap and shower gel. Easy check-in with good communication.

I like the room with balcony the room are clean, Mr Ton is very helpful from the car to pick us up from the airport to the tour trip in Ning Bing and Halong bay, very accommodating, i highly recommend this hotel..

Bathroom was very very small. Very loud noise from the street especially early morning. Work us up every morning.

Staff were very kind. Allowed for late check out and arranged an airport transfer for us
