The location was superb

Aircon was a bit hot and we were also placed on the top floor and no elevator which a bit struggle because we have kids, though we have to climbed only 1 floor. There was also constant noise on our first night. Tv is also not working 🥹 Rate is a bit pricey for the condition of the hotel, tbh.

I booked this hotel for my mom and her friends to visit Hanoi before National Day, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The price was very good, even during the peak holiday season when the city gets especially busy. The family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for four people. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Since my mom and her friends are elderly, I was a little worried, but the team took wonderful care of them, and they had nothing but compliments. Ms. Mai even reached out in advance to check if we needed any assistance, which made the whole experience even more thoughtful and reassuring. A big thank you again for making their trip truly unforgettable.

I strongly suggest this hotel which is well located. They have very nice people working there, always smiling and make you comfortable like home. Ms May booked a couple of wonderful trip to halong bay and ninh binh, both perfect. Great accomodation.

The property is in the old quarter is is walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Location was great for me, right by the lake and in an area with good market shops, food and drink. The room was as described in the photos. It’s cosy and has clean bathroom facilities. The staff are definitely the best part of the stay! Super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area. Patchy wifi due to the typhoon was resolved quickly by the team

Could do with a little more storage options like hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. A little rough around the edges but super clean and tidy.

Mr. Peter was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. Check in was very smooth. Room was big enough for a family of 4 - one night- with all necessary amenities available. Conveniently located in the Old quarter. Breakfast was great with good range of choice and options upon request. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

Mattress didn’t suit our back and require replacement in this room. Other than that it was good value for money

Booked here the second time. Ms. Mai and Fiona were absolutely delightful. Highly recommend this place for their services. Felt right at home. Once again, I'll have to mention that Ms. Mai helped us book the Ha long bay cruise and it was one of the best arrangements! The pickup and drop was seamless ! She even arranged a small surprise for us at the cruise which made us really really happy ! Such sweet people at this hotel !
