Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are very lovely especially jack whom was extremely attentive throughout our stay, ensuring that all questions and needs were met. The breakfast is delicious a large amount of options. The hotel is in a great location most main sights are 20-30 minute walk and is located in old town. Great selection of food and cafes nearby.

ItalyRoom could be better with a window and a little bit more attention to cleaning, but was not dirty at all. Position is 10-20 minute walk to Hanoi old quarter and area narrow the hotel doesn't have much to offer so you have to walk or take a taxi.
Great breakfast, big choice between international and typical Vietnam dishes. The staff is great and very helpful. They assist us with storage luggage to let us travel around Vietnam with just our backpack which was really appreciate. They also provide a taxi for the airport: we have taken it both when we arrived and then when we left. The car is really spacious, clean and in perfect timing.

United KingdomThe location was quite difficult. It’s about a mile walk to get to a pedestrian bridge to cross the motorway and get into Hanoi. Toilets smelled like drains.
Breakfast was fantastic, TV in the room had Netflix and the hotel was very clean and tidy.
