Very comfortable and clean stay. Excellent location

Breakfast wasn’t great

Had the best ever stay here! The hotel itself is excellent and the staff are incredible. Special thanks to Annie! You’re the best :) So glad I got to stay here and I will definitely be back!

Great hotel, perfectly located in the city center, walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are really nice and clean. The biggest highlights: super friendly and helpful staff (Eden) and really good breakfast. I will definitely come back if I am in Hanoi again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is perfectly located in Ha Noi - most places are on a walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the beds are amazing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We could even stay a bit longer in the room when my boyfriend felt sick.

We loved interacting with the staff and especially appreciated Annie and Eden, who were both absolutely wonderful. They also assisted us with airport transport, which was critical given the road closures while we were there. Location, rooms, and breakfast were all perfect - no complaints whatsoever.

It was a fantastic stay. Everyone was so helpful and so full of life. It was nice.

The facilities, the breakfast, and the location. The entire staff was wonderful, with a special mention to Annie, who was an excellent host and helped us a lot.

Room was very clean, very friendly and helpful staff (especially Ms. Annie and the night shift staff), good breakfast, location is relatively walking distance (around 5 mins away) to train street, St. Joseph’s cathedral and the popular restaurants in Old Quarter. Ms. Annie also had some breakfast take away prepared for us since we had to check out around 4am which we really appreciated.

Since it was raining during our stay, the ceiling and walls of our room on the 6th floor got wet (but didn’t affect our stay. It just probably needs some proper maintenance)

Lovely hotel. The staff, especially Annie, were attentive and ensured I was taken care of. The location is central. Room was quiet and a good size.

NA - I was coming off a previous hotel in Hanoi which wasn’t a nice experience, so I’m glad this was the opposite.

The staff was great and very helpful, definitely extra points to Annie and Eden at the front desk. They helped us with all sorts of requests. The facility is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there is a good breakfast variety in the morning. The hotel position was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Emily, who made our experience extra memorable with her warm and attentive service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all top notch. Kumquat juice upon arrival was delicious. Room was perfectly as described.

Some staff went too far with service, insisting on carrying out bags and doing polite conversation when we clearly wanted to be left alone.

The hotel staff, especially Eden, were super helpful and quite thoughtful. Even though we did not have a ready itinerary, Eden shared his insights on the best places to go and the best timing/day to go there. He even booked it for us so it was one less thing to worry about. That made everything go smoothly. Our trip was memorable and fun. There were a couple of hiccups in the room we stayed in but their prompt action made everything well and good.

Breakfast options were good, if the stay was just for a couple of nights. But as we stayed longer, it would have been better if the breakfast offered changes every other day. Otherwise, all were ok.
