How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Even though the room was very clean, there was a little mould around the bassin in the bathroom. The window in the room was small, but it didnt really bother us
Hotel with basic but clean rooms close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. There are restaurants within an easy walking distance of the hotel. We spent the afternoon in this hôtel before flying out in the evening. Was perfect for a few hours

Despite having booked quite sometime ago for a family of 5 the 2 rooms were on different floors which wasn't ideal but it was only a 1 night stay so we managed.
Clean, comfortable, spacious air conditioned room. Decent bathroom and easy check in and out. Good location for evening meal and close to airport for our flight home.

The constant sound of the elevator arriving to the floor was a quite clear, wear earplugs if you are super light sleeper.
Convenient location near the airport. Good value for reasonable price. Some stores and restaurants nearby.

The elevator has a loud bell on it which could be heard in my room (and possibly all the other rooms surrounding the elevator) at all hours of the day and night.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I loved the close location to the airport.

I had not read "fine print" on room description booked thru this site. I booked a room without a window......I am also extremely claustrophobic, Phi did not have very good English but understood enough to change our room. So very grateful to him. The one downside of the stay was about breakfast, which was included........the hotel no longer does breakfasts on site after September. Initially we were prepared to sacrifice breaky for the change of room. Once again Phi came through with an offer. One morning he cooked eggs and bought to our room ( a kind gesture) , the following day he organised a car to take us to the sister hotel ( Hera Luxury), for breakfast. Very average breakfast should people want to stay......but all gratitude to Phi for doing a great " recovery" on all fronts.
Location, very close to SGN airport. The receptionist, Phi , helped in overcoming a few problems. He went over and above to make us comfortable. Could not thank him enough. A credit to the hotel and himself. Beds hard, but comfy enough. Good pillows.Very clean hotel

Unfortunately, there was no signal to the TV. The staff checked it out but could not fix it until the following day. I was only staying overnight. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, the kitchen was closed. I was not informed of this on check-in and nothing was said on check-out. Disappointing. I hope this was a one off.
This is the 5 time I have stayed at this hotel. It is comfortable, affordable and close to the airport.

No major complaints but the washroom in our room could have been a bit cleaner/better maintained.
Location, friendliness/helpfulness of the staff We stayed at the Hera Hotel Airport for 2 nights, were able to leave luggage with the hotel free of charge for 3 nights while we were in Danang, then returned to the Hera Hotel airport for another night. This was a tremendous help logistically for our trip

Perhaps it's the case with all hotels but the room pictures online weren't what we experienced. To be honest the rooms were smaller and not as well maintained as what we saw in the pictures online.
Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Great location, easy to walk to various nearby eateries of differing cuisine/price points.
