We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHotel location is vey good with nice beach, swimming pool ,and all areas are very clean. Communication with Hotel very good , they also arranged a scooter for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrange.

United KingdomIt was very quiet in the surrounding area. It felt like it was a deserted island at some points. However, it was a short ride to sonasea night market down the street which had lots going on.
Great hotel! The staff made it easy to get a moped so we could see the island. Highly recommend sonasea phu quoc night market, there was lots of restaurants and places to go! The 3 pools were great and they have movie nights every week with a big screen by the pool.

CanadaBad: rock hard bed, they requested to switch my booked days a week before my trip, fridge full of water due to being off and defrosted, no signage for taxi drop off. Suspiciously sparse lobby made it look fly-by-night.
Good: A/C, hot shower, lighting, cotton bedding, view, proximity to beach, wifi, newness of all. Helped book a scooter rental. Nice staff

United KingdomThe hotel is very modern and beautiful, has 3 large pools and is right on the beachfront. They also set up poolside movie nights which is great. This is a good hotel if you want to really unwind and relax in a secluded area. However, it is around a 20 minute drive from the local town where most restaurants and shops are. There are only around 4 restaurants walking distance in this area so I would recommend hiring a car or moped if staying here. Unfortunately during our stay we had 2 power cuts which lasted overnight where one night we even had to relocate hotels which was very inconvenient. The WiFi went down frequently during our stay and there was also no sign of staff at the hotel or reception for the majority of our stay to help with any issues. The cleaning of the rooms was also not very adequate, they do not clean daily and some days didn’t take rubbish which we had bagged up and left at the door to be taken, we also did not get towels some days and as there are no staff present it was difficult to resolve any queries.
