Smell of the septic tank by the restaurant on the beach we had to move our seat it was so bad.

Nice small but clean swimming pool located right on the beach plenty of trees for some relief from sun.

Room is very average. Quite small, stuffy and old. Bed sheets had stains, bathroom not great.

Limited breakfast.we did stay a Month so it was difficult to get huge variety.

This is a great location with lovely gardens down to the sea.the price is around $100 Australian a night.the pool is nice too although could use a better clean.The beach area is pretty crowded with umbrellas but we always managed to get a good table thanks to Thai the helpful staff member.This place is centrally located in long beach with. A large selection of eateries , doing much the same food.A couple of excellent meals were had at Indian in the International hotel close bye and the German sausage guy up the road.

The place is not brand new and some smaller details in the interior could do with an upgrade, for example our toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall :) Nothing that had a negative effect on our stay though, the rooms were very clean which was more important to us!

We are so happy with our stay here! The place is way more beautiful in real life than the pictures on here and the staff is lovely! The private beach was our favorite: with free sunbeds and a kiosk where you could buy smoothies, lunch, snacks, cocktails etc - we could stay there and relax all day. There are many good restaurants and bars just up the street which was super convenient for night time.

The pool needed attention.

Location is excellent, right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. It was quiet of a night especially for a tourist area.

The shower system is outdated and confusing

We had a wonderful bungalow with a view of the beach and the sea. It was spacious and private. The breakfast was good - especially the pancakes. They have lots of loungers on the beach. It's a great place to view the sunset. There are some good restaurants just a short walk away.

Bathroom was a little tired. Not the fault of the Hiep Thanh Resort but we found the sea quite dirty with plastic waste during our visit so the pool was fantastic to cool down. The staff do clean the beach each day though!

Staff were brilliant! Very friendly, helpful and brought us breakfast to the room each morning (we could have chosen to eat in the restaurant). The beach was cleaned every morning and mattresses placed on our sunbeds. We had a sea view bungalow with a balcony, table and 2 seats to admire the view. Room and bathroom were both large with everything we needed to help us unwind for a week. Nice pool area to go for a cool down swim. Lovely, short walk amongst the trees and gardens down to the beach. The sound of birdsong and the waves to lull you to sleep. Some nice restaurants fifty metres up the road. Couple of grocery stores just around the corner. Fifteen minutes walk to the night market. A free bus service also runs every 30 minutes along the main road.

Fabulous small beach resort , all staff were great and very friendly , we stayed in a bungalow which was a good size and had a lovely terrace , beach lovely with nice comfy sunbeds and a small pool set back in resort , good breakfast part buffet part order freshly cooked , beach bar perfect for sunset drinks , location very quiet setting but only 5 minutes walk past a good few restaurants and bars on the way to main road strip , will definitely be back again.

We stayed at this resort in the same room of the main building 4 years ago when it was in need of a good redecoration as the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the bathroom needed a upgrade. Nothing had changed since then.

The surrounding gardens and location to the beautiful beach was very good. The staff who worked across all the resort at different levels were helpful and friendly all the time of our stay.

Perfect location on the beach, friendly staff with great service. The location is perfect and is close to a couple shops and good restaurants. If I go to Phu Quoc again I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing, we booked a bungalow in front of the beach that it wasn’t in front of the beach. The poor receptionist wasn’t speak English so was very difficult explain anything. The room is so basic for the price. The beach was disgusting full of Plastic , the sun beds messy , no bar or restaurant… Also breakfast was bad, so easy to make some pancakes but not, coffee was impossible to drink and pineapple colour was brown. Last but not less important they charged us for the water in the room. Unbelievable.

The staff was distant and not easy to find. On the check out there were additional excess cost that we were not aware of. They ran after us to the street that we needed to pay more.

Location was great. Own beach what was clean and comfortable.
