Beautiful lush complex, wonderful pool area, serene surroundings, comfortable, large, well laid out accommodation. Perfect location just outside the bustling old town, shuttle service to a bang beach and hoi a town throughout the day. Most importantly all the wonderful staff! From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed and well looked after particularly by Minh and the amazing ladies at the reception desk whose knowledge, recommendations and efficiency made our time in Hoi An an educational and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return.

Everything was amazing!!

Nothing at all—it was a perfect stay.

The villa has a beautiful ancient-style interior and a lovely garden to walk around. The spa was excellent, the staff were very caring, and Ming’s Vietnamese coffee at breakfast was a highlight. Just 10 minutes by car from the Ancient Town, with cafés and shops nearby—thank you for everything!

It is quiet and also not far from the city center and old center. Their are also offers like do your own rice paper with a nice gut called Minh! When I go back to Vietnam i visit this place again❤️

When we were in Hoi An, we spent a few days at The Ancient House Resort, and we highly recommend it. The hotel is relatively small-scale and located just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. The atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms is traditionally Vietnamese, but the comfort is modern. The hotel is full of character, with a beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and feature a nice bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. It's also convenient that you can borrow bicycles, making it easy to ride into the old town, to the rice fields, or to the beach. A big compliment to the staff—they are welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Especially Minh.

The food wasn’t amazing (and no one was eating in the restaurant) and we had a slight hiccup when they forgot to book our transport out at the end of the stay.

The property is stunning, the rooms some of the best I’ve ever stayed in. And a simple interconnecting room can make such a difference when travelling with older kids. The staff were super lovely and the pool and jacuzzi delightful. Amazing place.

A great place with a with a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden and pool area, as well as beautifully designed houses. Very generous breakfast – great location suitable for short or long bicycle tours to beaches and paddy fields. Would like to come back.

A lovely Hotel not far from the Old town. The food was very nice. The breakfast had local and continental food. We had lunch og evening meal at the hotel a couple of times and it was really good. All the staff were very kind and very helpfull.The pool was clean and in nice surroundings. We can highly recommend this nice smallere hotel. We were really well looked after.

I stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are set in beautiful gardens. I had a balcony - if you have a terrace you might have less privacy as the doors open onto the communal areas. The room was lovely and spacious. The balcony was not huge and the chairs were not comfortable but the view was lovely. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I organised a cooking class through the hotel which I really enjoyed. Ming did a tour of the rice paper factory in the grounds which was very interesting. It is about a 15/20 min walk to the old town which I liked as it was bustling. The river is very close as well. Would definitely recommend.

It was set in a beautiful garden and a short drive to the old town. There was a great shuttle service to take you into town or to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large.

The family that runs this place is extremely nice. They will go out of their way to help you. The Location is beautiful, in the middle of the fields and mountains, also a 5mnts walk to the Tam Coc centre.

N/A The expectations of our accommodation and experience was all met

Staff were very welcoming and informative from the moment we arrived. We booked to do massages 2 days in a row within the hotel because we enjoyed it so much. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and every morning we found the breakfast to be very varied and value for money.
