The staff were wonderful and friendly. Always saying good morning and making sure we were comfortable and happy. Made us home made breakfast every morning which was delicious and offered my daughter banana pancakes with chocolate!

We just had to mind our young kids with the road. Other than that it was lovely.

I loved the dark wood in the rooms. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We had a really good chat with the owner in the morning. Breakfast which we ordered the night before was plentiful and delicious. Only thing is it’s on a road, but set back and not too busy. It’s next door to a beansprout farm.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, in a great location to get to the rice paddies with free bikes for you to use. The owner Thinh was lovely and helpful, booking a car for me to get to Da Nang and helping with my train ticket. A few really good restaurants nearby with veggie options! Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at discovery villa. Great value for money. Big room with a nice balcony. Bicycles available for free. And since Hoi An is really a bicycle friendly city it's really nice. The hotel is like 20 minutes walking from the city center, but we really enjoyed being a bit far from all the tourist hustle and bustle. You can also go explore the countryside and rice paddies by bicycle which are very close Good breakfast with different options Friendly staff Comfortable bed and Amazing big pillows

The villa was beautiful, the room was just like the photos wonderful, cosy and clean with a beautiful balcony. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, my husband was a little unwell on our first day and they made him a fresh ginger tea which really helped. Thank you! Everything about our experience was wonderful, great shower, wonderful breakfast each day we stayed. The location is a short walk to the old town and peaceful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Hoi An. I wish we had booked for longer!

Everything was great! Welcoming and helpful hosts. Amazing breakfast prepared just for you. I really recommend to try local options for breakfast. There are bikes that you can take for free to travel to the old town or to see rice fields. Nice pool and comfortable rooms :)

Everything was perfect, Thuy Thanh Ho did an amazing job to organize our trips and make the stay most comfortable. She and her husband and the whole team were absolutely friendly and helpful and made every wish possible. We couldn't feel more spoiled. Beside that the room was really great with huge beds and very clean. It was really quiet and a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city with only fifteen minutes to walk to the Old town or free bikes if you needed. The breakfast was very good with excellent Vietnamese coffee and lots of fruit. We will definitely recommend this place.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An. The location was perfect for us. The hosts were truly fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful anytime of day. Lovely to sit and chat and be educated about the local areas of Hoi An. The breakfast was fantastic every day. The pool was a welcoming relief after a nice day walking. I would truly recommend this place to stay.

The pool was smaller than imagined, but was still amazing to swim in (and had a good mix of shade and sun).

Great family-owned hotel for a really good price! They are very attentive and helped us a lot with planning our stay, the host was so friendly and gave us super recommendations for restaurants and visits. They have good amenities with a well maintened pool, free bikes, great breakfast with fresh fruits et juices and tours we could book (including transports). We recommend if you’re looking for a calm area that is still walkable distance from the old town (20 min).

Great stay for 3 days with my family, lovely and helpful owners Tone and Dan, This hotel provides everything we needed including, free fresh cook delicious Western and Vietnamese cuisine breakfast, offer lowest price for pick up and drop off airport transfer service, call Grab/ Taxi service, day tour options, laundry service and free bicycles, this made my trip much much much easier with three teenagers, we will definitely to book Hoi An Discovery Villa again when we go visit Hoi An next time, we become a friend after this trip, wish Hoi An Discovery Villa all the best.
